It is a very nice bed but the packaging sucks. It came out of the packaging with dents and a very large gash in one of the sides. We put that side against the wall. It was a birthday present so I didnt open the box to check it out when i first got it. what I needed.
Ive assembled many pieces of furniture but this one almost defeated me. Their method of attaching the pieces requires someone with small fingers as the nuts are attached in a cutout. Would have made more sense to use cams like a lot of furniture companies. Also, the bed slats had to be attached by screwing them in at an angle since the pilot holes were not consistent and the small pieces to which the slats are attached were too small. Once assembled, there is nothing included to cover the holes.Struggle.
As an adult I wouldnt step on the trundle bed even with mattress. Its cheaply made sturdy enough for my 9 year old but wouldnt trust it for a adult person. Fast service.
wont allow me to leave a review of the absolutely ridiculous issues that I experienced with the shipping of this item. So all I can say is this / Its a bed made of framework put together with plastic snap on parts. Its fulfilling its purpose as a bed currently, despite all the trials and tribulations that it endured in getting to me. Its nice looking, even though looking at it reminds me of all the anger I have at regarding it. I hope this passive aggressive review helps you to make the informed decision to not buy this bedbut if you do, dont say I didnt at least try to warn you.
Bought this bed originally loved it it was purchased for a three year old and in under six months the entire side panel just popped apart. Called customer service to inquire about replacing the panel but was informed that theres no replacement after the first 30 days. They had no information for the manufacturer no address or telephone number so now Im just out of my money.
This bed arrived quickly but with no instructions. It took two hours to put together on my own and half way into assembling it I noticed a huge dent in the foot board. I had no choice but to finish putting it together because I had to have a bed frame.
This happens to fit perfectly into the dirmer window area of my Victorian house. I had purchased one a few years ago, and was pleased to see that it was still available for the former window in the other room. These are both guest bedrooms, and the beds will primarily be used by my grandkids. They are not super strong, nor are they built like antique furniture, but theyre a great value for the price. I love having a trundle bed out of the way yet available when needed. I am impressed!

Very disappointed! This was a birthday gif!
I am so disappointed. This was a gift for our daughter in her birthday. Its a beautiful bed but came with not all screws, nuts and bolts
Other than that it seems to be a nice bed.
Who do I contact? We are missing a pole. Other than that it seems to be a nice bed.
