It took longer than the 2day shipping claimed. I like that the parts were all there. It was Easy to assemble, but 1 spot had the weld broken .. My daughter loves her new bed frame I like its sturbility an it holds up to 600 lbs. It makes her bed higher. Its pretty pink. Exactly what my daughter wanted.
Purchased this as an open box item from and it arrived missing a support leg. I reached out to the manufacturer to purchase a replacement assuming there would be no warranty because of the way I purchased it. I was told that they don’t have ANY spare parts for their products and that I didn’t have a warranty so I was out of luck. I could not get a piece to make this product completely sound because they said they don’t make the bed in pieces but only make it in sets. I can not fathom a company that does not have ANY spare parts for their products. I was told I couldn’t not even BUY the piece that was not received since it is not under warranty. Even if this WAS under warranty, you mean to tell me that I would have an entire new bed shipped to me instead of a single 5” leg? That’s ridiculous! I wasn’t even asking for it to be replaced free of charge, but asking to buy the piece.
The bed is great otherwise, the customer service on the other hand is crap… that’s why I’ve given it 3stars instead of 5.
The directions were thorough and overall, it was easy to assemble (aside from a few pieces that didn’t fit well underneath where the mattress would be and had to be jammed in). It also had orange dust in some of the pieces (maybe rust?) that got on the carpet (but it vacuumed up just fine) and the white was chipping on some of the edges.
Despite these caveats, the bed is sturdy and it looks beautiful in my daughters room.
This is such a nice bed and such great quality but I’m missing screws and pieces. I’ve been trying to figure this bed out for 6 hours now and have only got the outside frame done. The instructions call for Q screws but they were never sent. If anyone could help me out please do!
I do not like how the mattress slides around everywhere. It does not hold mattress in place which really sucks considering it is a really nice bed for my toddler.

I like it I just wish all the pieces fit better. All in all it’s good.
