Not sure what was going on. We put it together and it just seemed very unstable. Im wondering if I was missing parts or something. I gave 3 stars because customer service was awesome and helped with the return.
Works great for mattress. When tried to add box spring it slid everywhere. Box spring not recommended. Assembly was fairly easy. There were a few bolts that I struggled to get in, but love the bed now that it is all together.
Ordered off Walmart and they took way too long to ship, so checked out. Shipping to Hawaii is limited so i was glad I was able to purchase one of these sturdy bed frames online. Only concern was there was one piece that would not fit into the designated hole, my husband had to make the metal hole bigger which was really difficult as its made out of metal. Other than that, it does its job!
It’s a simple bed frame for the most part easy to install. Big NO for me is that it won’t sit flush 2 corners are levitating I had to add a piece of would for it not to move.. the wood pallets don’t sit flush either, I was really disappointed.

Very hard to put together
The bed is very hard to put together, many items had to be hammered into place. The assembly requires two people. For a standard mattress only.

Decent bed frame with a defect
