Installation instruction wasnt that clear, also not all boards came with labeled numbers. But not a big deal, just a little time consuming. One of the front boards came with mild scratches as you can see from the pictures. Other than that its a nice looking and practical shoe storage, also very sturdy, good value for money. Quick ship.

Update: original review is still valid but I did contact the mfg. And they offered a partial refund or opt to replace. I opted to replace. This ment I had to disassembled and return the first onea time consuming choice but the second one worked much better with no defects, also used a square to ensure everything lined up before attaching back and made the tacking on of the back the last step in assemble to ensure bins were evenly aligned. Looks great, functions well. Happy with the results just not the whole process getting here. 5 stars for customer service, 3 for the product.

First off I have assembled and disassembled stuff for decades, basically part of my job as a field tech for 27years and yet Assembly took me a full 2 hours. All particle board, only the top of bench is MDF, back boards are basically cardboard. The pin and rotating lock nut are poor quality, even pre tapped the posts go in crooked and the locks are flimsy and only hold panels in place until you put on the cardboard back which provides the only real structural integrity. One of my bin bottom boards split when putting in screw. The metal pulls are very cheap, stamped metal with sharp edges that will slice you if not careful. One of my bin fronts had chipped paint on edge and once assembled bins were not square and actually bind when opening and closing, Good concept, really wanted to like but very disappointed. Fast service.
Instructions are ambiguous and not very helpful but we got it assembled without too many hiccups. Cushion does not stay in place so I will be doing something about that. Handles are cheap and adult hiking boots do NOT fit with the divider in. I had read other reviews so i was prepared for that. Otherwise, pretty sturdy and decent looking item. Sturdy.
I hope you only plan on putting kids shoes in here because otherwise you can only fit 2 pair per shelf. Mens shoes? I dont think so! My husband only wears a size 10.5 and unless you stack them sideways they dont fit. I have been able to use it for slippers and things we dont want the puppy to get to and the bench is nice to have by the side door. Not bad.
The product looks good. But It easily gets scratches during assembly. You will notice the scratches when you see it closely. But it doesnt show up from a distance, so works well for me. Worth it!!!

Product sturdiness
Product cracked after someone sat on it. Now one of the doors will not stay on. Product is only roughly 8 months old. Quality could be improved.

Dont waste your money
This is a piece of junk / I could not even assemble it as the bolts did not fit the bolt screw nuts.
There are way too many pieces to put this cabinet together
I wanted to use his cabinet to store shoes when you first come into my home.

The product looks good. But It easily gets scratches during assembly. You will notice the scratches when you see it closely. But it doesnt show up from a distance, so works well for me. Worth it!!!
