I ordered this bed for my just turned 4 year old son. My husband and I put it tougher. Took about 2.5 hours. At the very end we figured out that we were missing a rung for the ladder. Our son slept on it anyway and we planned to contact the producer and have them send us a new rung per the directions for missing pieces found inside the box. No response for three days. We finally got an email that said they wanted pictures and it might not be covered because we bought it from a seller and not directly from them. We then contacted who sent us a whole new loft bed. Which I was super happy about. We get the rung out of the box and attempt to insert it into the holes left for the final rung of the ladder but wait, the holes are too small for the stair. I get to looking at all the pieces. Mind you, its the exact same bed all the new pieces are 1000 more sturdy than the original bed. I cant even wrap my mind around this. The bed took waaayyy to long to put together and had way too many pieces to disassemble and erect the new bed. Im just mystified why two of the exact same bed would have such a vastly different quality. The old bed had tons of dings etc bc of how poor the wood quality was compared to the new bed. The old bed will support myself and my son for story time without difficultly. Im also pretty small (115lb and my son is 40lbs). So Im not concerned with it falling down, its very sturdy just disappointed in the quality.
When the bed arrived the packaging was a ripped up but the inner protective packaging kept any parts from being damaged. My son loves this bed and it has added additional play area to his room. Not so bad.
We got the grey color. My 7 year old LOVES the bed. I love the extra space it gives to his room, we put a beanbag and his endless amounts of stuffed animals under it. Highly recommend. Overall good.
Easy to assemble and great quality. The reviews that I read before purchasing said you would need 2/3 people to assemble. I assembled it by myself in about 2 hours. This item is good! Satisfied.
Love it! Took me awhile to put together and took my daughter and myself
since you need help holding it. Only needed my husbands touch on a couple
tightening of screwshis patience is better than mine. Sturdy! Very easy to set up!
Good, sturdy, bed. Relatively easy to put together. Lots of space under the bed. The one drawback is that some of the holes dont line up. Two of the desk didnt line up and the bottom two of the magnetic board. Maybe I did something wrong, but I dont think so. Really good.
