I ordered 2 of these lamp tables for our great room. I am tired of faux wood and so spent some time looking at solid wood options. These tables are good quality wood in a lovely dark cherry color. The tables came pretty much assembled- they needed the screws for the legs tightened, the bottom shelf mounted and the lighting fixture assembled. A far cry from the furniture that comes in a box and everything needs to be put together with dowels and the like. These tables will stand the test of time. My beef is with the packing- so much styrofoam! A ridiculous amount and such a waste. Surely there are other more ecological ways of packing the tables for shipping?
There us a terrible chemical smell which we hope goes away in a few days. It is sitting outside right now. The table arrived quickly, was very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It fits our space perfectly and looks like a table that was MUCH more expensive. Update: one day outside and the smell is gone!!
Little bit smaller than I thought it was going to be, but it still works. It holds the clock and other items I need on top. Looks very nice appropriate with the decor. I was very easy to assemble, one person screw driver and 15 minutes. This was a good choice, I did get it on sale, that was the primary reason for the purchase but I am happy with that choice.
Lottsa pieces but stay strong! Lay them out. I needed to hammer in most of the dowels, and there was not enough glue. I thought it a very ineffective way to provide glue. Probably would have been better served with a small tube of Elmers. Be careful installing the runners, and observe the holes because as you can see from the two pictures, I put some in upside down the first time. When screwing in the legs, I found it much easier to hold the screw tight while turning the leg. When it was time to do the drawers I again put a piece upside down (I think it was 14; see the picture where the drawer doesnt align). Everything aligned perfect once I turned the piece over.
Made very well! This table is just exactly what I needed. It is actually the second one I have bought. The first one was for a bedroom. I got it in a lighter color and it sits by a recliner - it fits beautifully. The quality of this furniture is top notch!!

It was very easy to put together but make sure you have a hammer and a screwdriver

The drawers hold a lot of stuff! Clean and sImple design. Perfect for what I purchased it for.
