First off, it was packaged to perfection! The usually nasty styrofoam packing is covered with plastic so it doesn't leave a lot of tiny beads to clean up. All the frame parts easily identifed, the hardware came with spares (how thoughtful!), and a nifty rachet wrench which made assembly a breeze. I recently have purchased several pieces of kit furniture from a varity of manufacturers and by far has them all beat for the engineering put into every detail. This has been a pleasure to have bought this bed frame not knowing previously and being completly amazed at the product and company! Good job !
There are a plethora of beds available from many different manufactures but this one really stands out. After reviewing all of the pieces, instructions, and actually assembling it, its clear that has felt the pain of customers having experienced so many cheaply constructed alternatives with poor instructions and overall build quality. I am very handy and can speak from experience that this bed was very easy to put together, included all the tools to do so, and easily labeled parts (including hardware). Simple details on the blister pack of hardware like 'extra parts' go a LONG way. Seriously, how many products have each of us bought where we have extra screws or bolts left over, and we're forever wondering if we missed something!?. As mentioned earlier the build quality was great, sturdy construction, very well packaged, and well written but dead simple instructions obviously written by folks who know English well. A Simple 'thank you for purchasing our product card included, also went a along way to suggest that this company values their products and the folks who buy them. Overall very impressed from this company and hope to purchase more bed frames in the future!
Love this bed - I have now purchased 3 of them! Its sturdy, looks great and is easy to put together. In the latest version, they have now included a ratchet which made the assembly even easier.

I was extremely impressed by this bed frame. Wasn't expecting this level of quality or ease of use. All of the wood was solid (went with the deluxe version). Also, they made assembly a breeze. For the price this can't be beat. From my local furniture showroom you can only pick up a metal frame for these prices...
This bed represents excellent value for money! It was accurately cut for relatively easy assembly...the end result of which is a solid bed...and a solid value!
