This bed is absolutely aming. The linen headboard is beautiful and looks sharp. The bed is so sturdy and doesnt move around or make any noise when you sit on it or move in your sleep. Great bed for the money! Value is good for the price

I purchased this frame and was very excited about the look. It does not look like the picture, but is flat squares with very little padding at all. It is a basic frame and I do like that it is low to the ground. I put it together myself, which wasnt difficult until the last wing joints. Some of the holes took awhile to get them lined up enough to get the screws to anchor. I do like how the top of my mattress slides under the headboard slightly, giving the bed a nice clean line. Its cheap. It will work until I find something more padded. Hope to improve in the future
Assembly is pretty straightforward. My advice would be to not tighten the screws on the little L brackets when assembling the side pieces to the headboard before getting them all lined up. This will save you frustration. Pay attention to the correct size screws to use in each step. Its very easy to mix them up. Otherwise, its sturdy and looks good. Good product for its value

Only one thing I didnt like is that the wings are not as deep as shown. I actually took them off and like it better without the wings Love the color and it was very comfortable

Their customer service is fantastic. I reached out to them, told them the issue and they shipped a new bed frame in just a few days, didnt even take long. The lady who helped me was super nice (her name is Aurora) and very patient as well (I usually expect people not to care since theyre talking through a screen, but that was not the case lol).
The bed frame itself is nice, a little lower than I thought it was going to be but its good for the price that were paying for. I like the color as well ! Its a good product
