Was looking for beds for both my girls (4 6), hard originally chose a wooden set but after measuring the space I changed my mind and got this set. It was delivered while I was out and placed in the middle of the yard, no problem, but it was rather heavy to move into the house by myself, but I did it. Drug it into my girls room and opened the box checked to make sure all the parts were included, they were. Read through the manual and even though 2 people are recommended for putting it together I didnt want to wait. In just under 3 hours I had it put together, could have saved 20minutes but I put the railing on upside down. Overall it went together very easily and my girls love it!
great solid bed, assembly directions suck. Directions said NOT to use any kind of power tool, but I used my trusty impact driver, and got the bolts a little tighter than by hand, and no creeking at all. Kids are happy. Great Buy
These beds are awesome. I have 2 boys, 7 and 11 and another on the way, and these beds are perfect for them. Super easy to put together, took my husband and I about an hour and a half. My boys already had wooden bunkbeds thay cost us a pretty penny and destroyed them in the first couple months, these are much sturdier and have lasted much longer. Best purchase ever.
Great adorable bed! The only complaint Ive had is that the ladder bars are slippery if they have socks on, which is pretty much always.
I solved this by getting a 1.50 blue self/adhesive first aid bandage roll and wrapping the rungs with it. It provides a non/slip grip for little feet.
