First of all, I was a pestering customer/this chair was really needed and customer service was great and responded quickly. Addressing some of the reviews of the seller, they were great. As for the delivery reviews, its not the seller but UPS, they are just a headache to deal with.
Now to the chair: its just as advertised, very nice, plush and easy to assemble (15 minutesmaybe).
Motor works well and the range is great (goes up and back more than enough).
Just received and put together so longevity is to be seen but am optimistic, is far better quality than the last lift chair we had that lasted 3 years.
The arms of the chair are not built into the seat, but are attached similar to how the back attaches (slides into metal slots) not the sturdiness but seem solid enough.
Overall, a very nice chair that is comfy and good motor. Exactly what I was looking for
We ordered this after I had a car accident multiple broken ribs. It allowed me to come home rest comfortably be able to get myself up. It was literally a life saver! Value is good for the price
This is a very nice lift chair if you do not want fabric. We chose it because we have animals and it matches our couch in color perfectly. I like the quiet motor and ease of use. Do remember that this one does not have heat or vibration which we were not interested in having. We did get the insurance but this chair looks pretty sturdy and i will be surprised if we ever use it. If you use the charger on right side make sure you have access to two plug ins. We use a charge protector. It was in two boxes and the UPS delivery guy did bring it into our home.one of the boxes is pretty heavy. It was not hard to put together and I first went over the picture instructions. The hardest part for me was getting back off the floor as the wires need to be attached under back of chairs. I am a 80 year old. We are thinking to get a second one. Exceeded my expectations

Bought this my for elderly mother (almost 87), she was reluctant to get one because she had heard horror stories from her friends about the lift chairs flinging people out of them. But I talked her into it and now she absolutely loves this chair, she feels fully in control and it just makes it so much easier for her to stand up, resulting in more freedom for her to do things in her schedule instead of having to ask someone else for assistance. Thank you I was so excited to use it

Not as big as I imagined and not as comfortable. It is ok. Quality of is very good other than this issue.
