This is a great safe for home use and a small number of rifles and shotguns! It is light weight and has mounting holes in the back and bottom, so it is very easy to self install. The instructions are readable and clear so it is easy to set the combination, and lock and unlock the safe. The key backup feature works great. It is not fireproof rated, but it is heavy duty and not flimsy. I purchased it for my mom because she wants to keep her gun in a safe and secure place. Its also great for storing ammo together with these in the lockbox at the top of the safe. Separate and secure, but in the same location. Love this safe. Its a steal at the price it is sold for.

The door itself is solid but the hinges are weak. I literally bent it out of shape my carrying it through my house on my shoulder, to the point the door wouldnt close just by shutting it. It bent the hinges so far out the lower door pin wouldnt shut unless I pressed on the bottom of the door with my foot. Had to wedge the hinges and apply force from the other direction to bend back into shape so the door will close flush
Not deep enough to store rifles with longer external box
magines like an AR15 or a PCC with an extended magine
Overall its a solid cabinet (dont get it confused with a safe, it is NOT a safe) but for the price when I got mine (around 300) I think its too much. For 200, yes, but at 300 its hard for me to recommend
Its a lot lighter than I expected it to be but it comes with a way to secure it to the floor so I dont foresee that being a problem. I carried it into the house myself.
It can fit a small handful of guns or two children (lol). Adjustable storage shelves, two ways to lock setting the number one took my husband a hot minute but he figured it out. Youll need 4 AA batteries. The manual is great. It does explain a lot since there are so many different ways you can put your guns in this baby. Definitely recommend. Great price for it.

I really like the locking system on this safe. Just having to place a finger on the lock to open it is great and quick much faster then my manual safe which has to be opened with a key. I do not like that it is top heavy and wants to tip forward when you open the door.
First of all, let me just say that this safe requires mounting. Either floor mounting, or wall mounting (as pictured). If not, it will fall over when opening the top heavy door. It comes with floor mounting hardware that is easy to install provided you have a concrete bit. For the price, I think this is a great value. We had a small problem with the magnetic lock which required us to use the key instead. The manufacturer immediately sent out a replacement safe at no charge. I Recommend this safe for anyone who needs it to protect your kids from accessing your firearms. Its pretty lightweight metal, so probably not suitable for anything beyond that. Again, a great safe for home/family use. You wont find a better value.
The safe came well packaged and completely put together. Its solid metal. The keys and keypad lock are easy to use. If you are looking for a typical cabinet without a lot of bells and whistles to keep your rifles/shotguns safe, this is a good option to have. The only reason it doesnt get five stars is it isnt deep enough to accommodate long guns with scopes or sights. You might have to remove those to get everything to fit properly.
