The safe door is heavier than the cabinet so it tips over if open with nothing in it. I also felt like they could of did better with the organization tray/rack for your guns. The safe gets the job done, nothing more nothing less.
The product is well wrapped and protected. All parts are enclosed. However, the inner door covering popped open. I had to pressed it down to insert the metal covering. It is not glued nor bolted. Fortunately, I am able to insert it back, but its still not bolted.The digital lock and alarm dont work even I put new batteries. I wonder if I can shipped this item back to the seller. The problem I a have back problem and just had surgery several months ago. I am not sure if I am able to pick up the gun cabinet. I am dissapointed.
Arrived with a completely disconnected, never soldered in the first place, wire in the key pad assembly. Luckily my neighbor the engineer was helping us put it together, and found the issue right away and soldered the connection. Works fine as advertised. Heavy but not so bad that you cant move it around. I would not put super valuable stuff in it, but fine for keeping the grandkids out.

Good value but.
Cannot get a shotgun in with shelf, its too short, need to remove shelf and they fit. Other than that, good value for other types of guns.
