Ive had this chair for 2 weeks and I absolutely love it. Its very comfortable and the looks great. It looks like it should cost much more than it does. Its obvious the manufacturer pays attention to detail, it is very well made.
The chair came quickly and was easy to put together. I did it myself in about 20 minutes. It seems to roll well. The only thing I dont like about it is the seat is very stiff. The back is comfortable, but the seat is like sitting on cardboard. Im hoping it gets softer over time. The product I received came in a box, with brochures inside, though it does say made in China (isnt everything?) and I like that it didnt have additional flame retardants applied to the . I recommend for a stylish alternative to a typical office chair.
My granddaughter loves the chair and says its comfy and she loves it. She and her bff (both 14 yrs old) had no problem putting the chair together as it arrived in pieces. She said it was easy to do.
I on the other had was disapointed when I saw it, as the material on chair was not attached very well in a few places. Also the itself was not the best of quality.
She is happy so I gave it a 4 stars as to my 3 star rating.
UPDATE: after having this chair for a year, Ive found it gets dirty and even after I wash it the stays a little stained. I keep a throw blanket tossed over it to cover the cushion and arms. Only the cushion cover is washable so when the arms get dirty you cant really clean them since a sponge bath doesnt remove the dirt. I plan to research, but beyond paying a profional cleaner Im not sure how to get it clean and keep it clean.
This is an aming chair. So cute. So comfortable. I would order again if it wasnt such a budget breaker. It does have a couple shortcomings. 1, it picks up hair pretty easily, so I have to use a lint roller every once and awhile to keep it looking clean. I do have very long hair that falls out more and more as I get older. In fact, my partner mentions how I shed more than the dog. I keep a pillow on the chair when Im not in it to keep the cat off, because her hair would certainly make it look dirty. Another problem is that the arms are higher than the keyboard tray on my desk. However, I measured this before I bought it, so it was not an unexpected problem. I tend to sit cross/legged with a fuzzy throw on my lap. I just make the fonts on my computer bigger and it isnt really a problem, especially since the arms of the pair go all the way to the end and I just use the arms to make myself comfortable. I also wear black socks so I have to lint brush off all the black fuzzies from my socks every few weeks, when Im feeling especially neat and tidy. Mostly, I just ignore the loose hair and black sock lint and enjoy the comfort of the chair. It is very soft and squishy on my tooshy, so no complaints on the way it feels. And as guest view it from afar (the next room), they often comment on how attractive it is.
This chair definitely gets 5 stars for being pretty. I know a lot of reviews said it was hard to assemble. I however had no issues. The only thing I have issues with is the lack of arm rests, but thats really the style of the chair. It does have levers to go up, down and tilt.

Appearance/ I purchased the Ivory color and it is exactly what I wanted expected.
Assembly/ I literally NEVER even attempt putting things together. Im sure most will read this and roll their eyes, but I have always found someone else to help / its not worth the headache. I was sooooo excited to get this chair and at work when it arrived, with no one I could con into helping me so I decided to just go for it. It took me the longest time to find the instructions! Lol they were hidden in one of the bags with a cushion.
15 minutes after receiving the chair I was sitting in it!
Comfort/ first, I am 5ft tall, 135/140lbs. I bought this chair for one real reason, my lower back or neck is always soar due to the horrible chair I was using / so no matter how gorgeous if it wasnt comfortable it wasnt going to work. Its been 2 full days 6/8 hrs of sitting in the chair. ITS PERFECT! I love sitting cross/legged and this chair allows me to do this, still fitting under my desk and when I am seated this way thE back of the chair supports my entire back all the way to my neck!
