A bit difficult to assemble, directions are straight forward . Took a good 4 hours but overall very sturdy. I placed both mattress supports on the top bunk because I felt like it needed it . The bottom mattress is just on the floor. This bunk bed is perfect for my toddlers . Its nice and low and not too big ! Slide is VERY steep so beware. I ordered the nap queen xl mattress and it fit perfectly
We put this bunk bed together yesterday for our kids and they are loving it! Its sturdy and relatively easy to put together - some parts needed two people but for the most part my husband was able to complete it on his own in a few hours. However, there is a metal bar that runs beneath the top bunk for stability and it is totally unsafe. We bought a pool noodle and covered the bar and the problem was solved, but Im surprised no one else mentioned this serious design flaw - the metal bar is not smooth and round and could easily cause a cut (as it did!) on a child getting up in the middle of the night and is still a little disoriented and not watching his head. I cant give this bed 5 stars because that bar is just not safe, but for the price this was an easy solution to make the bed safe.
I pride myself in being able to put furniture together. This was hands down the longest, biggest pain in my butt of all time, Im talking 4+hours for a solo endeavor. Looks nice but if I had to choose between building another one and dental work with out anesthesia, Id chose the dental work.
First off, my son loves this bed frame. The loft is high enough to give me and him some extra space in his room. We live a fairly small house so this helps a lot. Its not too high of a loft where I am going to be worried about his safety getting up and down. There are two things to note. First, the instructions are terrible haha. Just some errors and weird printed image perspectives. Second, if youve got the model with the steps make sure you connect the steps and bed frame half on a flat surface. Its was one of the last steps. I slide a small flat plank under the two ends when I was attaching the brackets so the legs of both would sit flush on the ground. This is really only and issue when connecting them on carpet. The stairs are lighter and will sit higher on the carpet compared to the heavier bed frame. I think this product is a 5/5 at the price I paid for it. Some how I got the frame with the stairs for $370 a couple weeks ago, but now I see it is up to $642. I clearly got a bargain haha. At $642 Id probably give this product a 4/5 rating but its still good.
This came in so many pieces that I was overwhelmed. The slats for this thing slide in and fall right out unless you do a delicate balancing act of holding the bottom piece on. Very unclear instructions. Spent hours of frustrating work. Comes with big ugly warning labels tat you can never get off. Its nice and low which is great but there isnt much space between the two bunks, so my two year old keeps smacking her head when shes getting out of the bottom bunk.
First, the bed arrived with a main supporting post cracked and needing to be replaced. The company did respond quickly and shipped a replacement part which didnt take very long. However, after owning this bed for a few years now, I can say that its not the best quality and in no way would I EVER trust it to hold the advertised weight. I wouldnt dare to use this for any children over 9 yrs old. The hardware starts to come loose pretty quickly and while the main frame of the bed does still hold together and support the weight of my now 5 and 7 yr old, the railing wiggles pretty badly and the ladder is completely broken. I wasnt expecting to get a high quality bunk bed for the price I paid, but that being said, In my opinion the quality of this bed does not match the price.
Bought these for my 3 5 year olds. I also purchased the cloth that goes around the bottom bunk. They have so much fun playing on the slide. And in their house as they call it. Great quality. I put it together by myself (1 person) and it took about 2 full hours to finish. Definitely worth it. I purchased a lucid 6 inch mattress for the top bunk, and an 8 inch for the bottom bunk. They are perfect for what I was needing. The 6 inch is pretty firm, but I didnt want anything too thick. The 8 inch is a lot more cushioned and more comfortable in my opinion. But both are great for kids! I was worried about having to purchase extra slats for the top bunk because of the other reviews, but I did not have to. With the design and the mattress I got, there are no problems.

Do not hesitate to buy!!!
AMAZING quality, especially for the money. It is SO sturdy, it doesnt move around at all when the person on the top bunk moves!

Great frame! Instructions could be better.

Probably will not last long.

Nice beds. Look good and feel sturdy.
