I was surprised by the quality of the material. Once assembled it is very sturdy and I have no second thought about the kids safety here. Only issue was a few of the vertical pieces were a bit rough around the edges to the point I sanded lightly to prevent the kiddos from getting any splinters. Other than that it is a great product for the money.
Overall, I like this bed. It came in one huge super heavy box. I felt that it was packaged pretty well. I went through all of the parts first to make sure nothing was damaged. All of the wood pieces were in good condition with no damage. The hardware was really a pain though. None of it was clearly marked at all. Sorting through it and figuring out what was what, was an unnecessary pain. Overall, the set up wasnt too bad. Took me about 3 hours by myself. There were a few parts that didnt line up exactly but it was doable. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for something affordable. If youre looking for excellent quality, this might not be it. For me, it was exactly what I was looking for.
As seen in my video, the stair started to wiggle after I installed it one month later. There is a crack on the upper frame shown in the video. I am not sure if thats the reason. The crack appeared when I installed the screw attaching to the bed frame. But I believe I followed the instruction all the way. The slide side has no problem. So I believe its the quality of the wood. Not sure if its safe and normal that other people may have encountered such situation before as well. But I do hope someone could see my post and give me some idea how to fix it since we just passed the return window and its too time consuming to uninstall and return.
The slide came cracked. The top piece where it attached to the bed. I didnt bother telling the company but the way it was packaged the piece cracked. I fixed it with wood glue and it doesnt bother the structure but still was cracked.
You need 2 people to assemble but over all it went rather smoothly. The quality is very nice.
Definitely not a one person job! The pieces fit perfectly but as always the directions are a challenge! Extremely study. Adults have slept in them and been very comfortable.
Love the beds but had to return the first set because there was no instructions. However, I re order and love these bunk beds. Took awhile to put together but I did it! my girls room look rich, bed sturdy, ladder a little loose otherwise I wont complain. Thanks for all the good reviews , reviews is why I ordered these beds.
We love these bunk beds. It takes a bit to put it together, but Im okay with that because to me I feel like it makes it sturdier then if it were quick to put together. Weve moved twice since buying them a year ago were still happy as could be with them!
We ordered this bed for our two children who share a room. The bed itself is exactly what we hoped it would be: a low-profile, sturdy bunk bed that will last our kids for years (hopefully). Unfortunately, the finish on the bed is TERRIBLE! Almost every single piece of the bed had yellow blemishes on the white paint. It looks like the bed was primed but never painted as you can see the wood grain, knots, and in many places, yellow blemishes (see photos) through the white finish. We contacted the manufacturer directly about the issue, and they told us to reach out to since we bought it here. I came to to get support, and it tells me to reach out directly to the manufacturer. Because of the poor finish on the wood, I do not feel like this bed is worth the price you pay for it. Hopefully the manufacturer will offer some replacement boards (essentially the whole bed) to replace the blemished ones.

Good until one month later

Super simple assembly

Be sure to have a helper!

Sturdy
Nice and sturdy. Slide is kinda steep
Decently sturdy, but majorly blemished!
