This has been a great experience. I ordered this product in the midst of my move from IL to Ohio and messed up the address, they have been great to work with fixing the issue, the product is great, I love it.
This bed starts to crumble easily. Within two weeks if having it I noticed dents. The base of the drawers start to pop out of their place when you start putting things in.
The bed was damaged probably because the single box is 138 pounds and bound to bump, drop, or shift in ways that damage the thinly protected pieces inside. The damage was not enough to go through the hassle of replacement. Just remember you're getting a pretty decent bed for the price. Easy assembly. The drawers glide smoothly. Bed feels secure once its built and the mattress is on top.
The product was very easy to build since the instructions were practically straight forward. Although, none of the parts were labeled. Although in the instructions it says what screw and what part is labeled. The bag and the items themselves werent . That made the build process a bit confusing. In the end, everything was built. Great quality. Great build. Only time will tell how it will hold up.
The instructions were awful. The only way this would go together correctly is if you knew basic furniture assembly because the instructions were so bad that half of the steps were guesses in what they meant.
Great bed, but some of the pre-drilled holes weren't there. A little measuring and drilling solved the problem tho. No other issues assembling, instructions very clear.
I wanted a platform bed that had, well, a platform, not slats. This has that. It is NOT easy to assemble. You will need two different sizes of Phillips screwdrivers and a lot of patience. Some things that should be pre-drilled aren't, and some things that are pre-drilled don't line up. But once it's together, it's pretty sturdy and supports the mattress well.
WATCH OUT FOR THE CORNERS. They are sharp as !$!. My shins have bloody scratches to prove it. It's a real incentive to make your bed and keep it made.
Grandson likes it, but there are 3 small cuts in the left edge of the platform that were there when it arrived. We will try to cover them so it won't have to be returned.
Soooo you do get a good deal for your money but I ended up having to drill my own holes because they didnt match up with each other. I was nervous about it holding up two people but it does. Definitely not a lifetime purchase and probably wont use it after I move but it gets the job done.

I like the design, but needs stronger material. The bed is for my daughter.
