Very difficult to assemble because there are left and right sides to the pieces and they are not marked. You have to fumble your way thru them trying to figure it out. Our white kit came with pieces from another kit with different color (black) and texture (rough). Fortunately, these pieces can't be easily seen, so we let it go because we desperately needed the platform now. Once assembled, you won't be moving it easily. It is heavy. And it seems stable as well. Won't complain about the price, as it is reasonable. Too late to take pictures now of the assembled platform
Customer service was great and offers a 5 year warranty on all parts. There were broken pieces and I called they are sending them out. Not happy with buying it brand new and pieces being cracked in half. This product is super heavy also
The mattress slides constantly, nothing to hold it in place. Its on carpet and drawers do not open easily as the carpet is in the way and its not very plush carpet. One corner is breaking off and putting it together was a pain as the wholes do not line up with the slots.

2 months old and falling apart
