Needed this cat tree to stop my Salem kitty from scratching my sectional. Cat trees are basically peices of furniture, so I wanted one I could stand looking at in my living room. First of all, it's REALLY easy to assemble. My husband usually puts things together, but I did it with no issues. Took me 20 mins tops to read the directions and build it. Secondly, it's bigger than some of the other reviews have said. The top teir is big enough for my cat to sleep with her entire body on the platform. It's also tall enough so she can look out the window. It's the same height as my sectional which is in the 3ft range. Lastly, it's a pretty piece of furniture. Actually adds a pop to my living room. The furry part is really soft and is like a creamish green, and the scratching post is a light brown. Had to coax her with putting toys she loves all over it but now she uses it on her own. Hopefully this review and my pics help someone make a decision.
Little wobbly have to tighten often especially the under perch but otherwise my cat likes it comes up to about knee height and I'm 5'3 def not for cats that way more than 15 lbs and would annihilate it I'm no time with how thin stuff is but is great for mid-sized kitties.

This is a nice sized top perch with a rim for cats to lean against.

Fits in a small space and 2 cats seem to fit fine. One on top of the other in a pile. They like it.

I think its cute, but my cat only visits when shes mad at me (like when I try to brush her teeth or put flea medicine on her neck.)

I have two cats. I put this at the window so they could sit on it and see out as well as get some sun. They just ignore it.
