Ive looked at all the major furniture companies and Wayfair. With so many items out of stock, I wasnt finding a solid wood bed for my Mid Century Modern room. The description says rustic, its a matter of opinion because there is nothing rustic about it. It is very easy to assemble, all parts included and holes were drilled properly. It took me about and hour to put together after some time spent on the directions. The directions were a bit weird, but Im better with pictures anyways. The visual instructions are the best go to and there is a link for a video. I would definitely recommend this bed. The velcro placement for the support boards is a genius idea.
Amazing bed!! The bed came in one large, tall box with everything inside including screws, nuts, bolts and tools. You do not need anything else to assemble it. I put the bed together myself and it around 30-45 minutes (Id recommend two people to make it easier one person can do it just fine).
The bed looks super luxurious and the wood is great. Looks much more expensive than it actually is. After install, just drop your mattress on top (no box spring needed!) and get your sheets and blankets on!
I find the bed to be super sturdy! I even jumped around on it and it didnt budge! Its a really great and sturdy bed at a really great price! Also love that there is room under for storage! Picked up some few storage boxes at home goods and now have great extra storage!

Its a strong bed ,heavy weight however its not at all easy to put together..It needed to drill holes that werent even in the bed frame..
It took guys friends to put the frame together and not easy at all ...Very deceiving thinking its easy to build But def nothing easy about it...

Super easy to install with the tools provided. Recommended to have two people for installation. But it can be done by one person as well I think. It is not pure white, its more of an off white color.
Installation was very easy. Color is beautiful dark wood. If you like dark wood here is the bed for you. I think the seller has increased the price. I got it for less. Platform is great for back issues and does not need a springboard mattress just a regular Theraputic will suffice. Pics show these supports in the middle of the bed.
The bed is amazing looking. Few things noted. The sits on the side of the bed around the middle. We have kicked our foot a few times. There is a vertical running in the middle of the bed that is uncomfortable. Being one person on the bed I fall on one side of the vertical like sinking holes Its uncomfortable if you lay on it, you rise higher for some reason. I had to visit this review as I have been bed ridden 5 months with Cancer and its not comfortable because of the vertical running from the headboard to the foot of the bed. Its bang right in the middle of the bed. Ill post the pic later weak cannot lift the mattress.
Little did I know when I ordered this bed frame that it would be the perfect match with the beadboard, I was so happy! The frame was easy to put together, its sturdy and I love how it looks in the guest room!
