Assembly was quick and easy. Id originally priced these chairs at over $2,000. Your chairs quality is the same, at a much lower price. She loves her new chair. Cant get her out of it!

Within the first day both controllers were failing g and the chair stopped on my mom twice; once where werent sure how to get her out. DONT BUY!
UPDATE: Company has sent replacement lift and has worked for now. Ill see as time goes on.
My family and I got this chair for my mom after she had open heart surgery. My mom now wont sit in any other chair and she sometimes sleeps in her chair now. She said that it is the best thing we could have ever gotten her.
We decided to get this chair for her after she sat in her old sitting spot and couldnt get standing for over an hour of trying to get up. She said that was a horrible day. Now she loves sitting and reading in her new sitting spot where it is warm and she is never afraid that she will get stuck again.
Product is delivered in two boxes. Base can be a bit heavy for some. Assembly is easy. Wire connection needs good attention to the instructions. The product delivers best value for money. Massage and heat control takes a little to get used to. My father loves the chair.
The chair is great, but their service was the highlight of our experience. The chair came in two pieces and one of them was accidentally sent back by my grandfather. When I communicated with the company, they immediately found the second box and resent it to my grandfather. They also checked in to make sure everything got worked out and that we liked the chair.

Pretty happy for a chair I put together!
East to assemble and very comfortable but the massage doesnt really feel like a massage it feels more like its just moving you around.
