I purchased this chair about a year ago. I wanted to use it for a while before I wrote a review and I guess time got away from me. I would give this chair even more than 5 stars if I could I love love this chair! I am 76 years old, 53 and a little overweight with arthritis and a bad back. This chair supports my back without using an extra pillow which I have always had to do in the past. Having read close to all of the reviews on this chair I really do not understand the negative comments. The chair is very well/built, looks very nice and is very comfortable! It also has a great price! I have nothing but good things to say and I love my chair!
UPDATE: I was contacted by Customer Service and was OVERWHELMED by their response to provide a new chair! Controls have been updated and the new chair is AMAZING! 2 controls now instead of one: 1 control moves the chair up down, 1 control to select heat and/or massage. Totally silent in up and down movement, can still watch tv with heat massage. Cannot say enough good things about this merchant! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you, !!
This chair and company are fantastic! The chair arrived in a box that had been damaged enroute. As a result tjere was a rip in the side of chair. It only took one email and photo for the company to make it right and send a replacement quickly!
The chair is extremely comfortable, nice to look at and came at a perfect time as i was recovering from broken ribs!
Now healed, it remains a wonderful comfortable favorite

Very good value. Easy to assembly. Easy to use. Not too big. Perfect for my 81 year old mom. One complaint she has is that ita very firm and shed prefer it to be cushier.
I bought this for my father who has a lot of trouble standing on his own. He needs help standing from a sitting position and he will often slide on carpet. it makes things a lot easier for him and those of us who are helping him stand up. The comfort is good and the massage features work well.

Soft and Comfortable
This recliner is so soft and comfortable its unbelievable and that headed massage is the Bomb. I am so happy that i purchased this product.
