So far, so good. One of the screws included was defective and the wrench wouldnt fit it but other than that it was easy to assemble. Felt like it only took 15 minutes but maybe longer with the bad screw. Its a nice addition to my mud room.
I have 2 of these at the entrance of my house. People can sit and put on their shoes, or they can just sit down for a minute if they want to. My only complaint is that it doesnt store that many shoes, but thats fine / the rest of our less used shoes are in the garage instead.
I love the bench my only dislike if the rack itself for the shoes. When you put high heels on it the back of the shoes naturally fall though. Making a more solid slate would be recommended. Maybe a flat panel with small hole for moisture from wet day to fall through versus just bars. My two cents worth!

Good bench
Durable, cute, fits two adults comfortably, fits 2 teens comfortably and at least 10 pair of shoes adult size.
