Overall sleek and simple design. I worry about how sturdy this really is and how much weight it could actually hold. But my 7, 5, and 3 year old can sit side by side. Seems ok for 1 Adult at a time and definately cleans up the space storage wise. Did arrive scratched up like other reviews indicate as well which was disappointing but the scratches arent very noticable once placed in our mud room. Top seems comfortable and appears as if it will wipe clean easily. Relatively easily assembly (10/20 minutes tops).
It was easy to put together and looks good. One issue I noticed that after I hand tightened the screws, it made the metal bend. Although its not visible, the instructions should indicate not to overtighten the screws that will cause metal to bend,.

This bench is the perfect size, sturdy enough for my fat behind, and accommodates 6 pairs of size 12 x wide shoes. Its also light enough to move every time I vacuum or make my bed, without the shoes falling all over! The only con is the film that stayed on the cushion from the packaging.
I love this peice. It is incredibly easy to put togeter, it took me about an hour only because my I have a pulled muscle in my back. Im sure if not for that I would have taken me about 20 minutes. I live in a condo and it is small enough where it dosnt get in the way. I am using a rolling walker so there is enough room to go through the entryway. Its so cute, exactly hoew it was described. Love, love, love it.
