Bed lasted almost a year until it broke.. I don't weigh that much, so not sure how it broke. I guess I'll say if you want a cheap bed for a short amount of time, have at it! But, I wouldn't buy again.
Its honestly way better than I thought it would be! The frame looks really nice when fully assembled. I was a little nervous because some components didn't look exceptionally sturdy but it holds up well. I only wish that the actual storage bins had tracks to slide on. This would improve the functionality and ease of use.
I spent quite a bit of time researching bed frames, as it's not something you generally replace frequently. I wanted something with drawers underneath the bed and a headboard and settled on this. I was happy to find that it was easy to put together, and it very sturdy. I have faith it will last for many years.
THE BEST PART - Since there is a cloth covering, when I occasionally stub my toe on the bed frame, it hurts half as much as it would on a wooden frame lol.
My husband and I laid out the parts in alpha order and went step by step. In less than an hour we had the mattress on and the bed made. The drawers are on wheels and have a keyhole design that secures them to a button on the frame. The linen look is gorgeous. This was set up in our river house and having a king bed gives us plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
I bought this bed because of the storage and the modern look. I am really happy with it. I put it together by myself and it really didnt take that ling. The directions were easy to read and everything is properly labeled so there is no questioning if you are using the right part. The drawers hold a lot and stay put when the brackets are in place. I would recommend this product.
Shipped damaged. Phone call to company said, take it up with shipping company.
Pay attention to instructions, removal of slats is difficult. That's my fault, I tried to play music while reading. Never works well.
Found better deal at Ashley's about 2 months later.
Storage drawers are fairly deep and wide. We just store bedding and winter clothes. But they don't ride on rails. These are on wheels that ride on your floor. Might be a problem with carpet.
The velcro backing, which faces toward the wall, always makes a tearing sound while moving. So either the velcro will tear away or maybe the stretching will stop.
Would have been happier if the head board was higher. We will measure this differently next time.
We aren't looking to replace this right away because it works and look decent.
Hadnt had furniture in this room before this. Order this bed frame for the guest bedroom. First guests complained a little bit about itching afterward. Didnt think anything of it. Second set of guest complain more about itching and had bites. We deep cleaned the room after and peeled back the false backing on the headboard to find bed bugs. This was confirmed by an exterminator and we had the house heat treated. We threw out the entire bed frame because there was bed bug poop smear on the beige fabric. You can see it in one of the pictures.
Love the storage. Looks great. Just wish the headboard were taller. Good buy. Impressed with how fast it arrived, and how straightforward it was to assemble. Took my husband 3-4 hours to assemble. Beats going to the furniture store and dealing with the hassle of bringing a piece of furniture home.

Suprisingly sturdy
There are a lot of pieces and it will take a bit to put together but the finished product is a very sturdy even with lots of weight on it.

So nice to have a king with storage under- no need for a dresser if space is a problem.
