I would give 5 stars for delivery AND return pickup. However, this is the least comfortable couch I have ever sat on. It felt like a $200 piece of crap from , not $800! I opened it up, assembled it, and then put it allllll back in the box to return the next day it was just that terrible. I will NEVER buy furniture that should be comfortable online EVER again after this experience. Luckily my local furniture store was doing a sale, so I got an amazing recliner couch for the same price as this piece of junk, AND I got to test it out in person (with my mask on)
Omg. This is a pretty piece of solid furniture. The tuxedo back as its called is the sleekest among mid century modern sofas/loveseats. The seat cushion is surprisingly deep - Im 52 and if I sit all the way in, my feet dangle. As good as it looks. Color, look, comfort everything. Good buy Id say. Ideal for small made folk. Its lightweight enough to be easy to move around yet sturdy enough as a standalone piece. Orange is supposed to get the creative juices flowing. Maybe I will finish that opus now!
I took many, many weeks researching chairs and watching the prices go up and down. I finally snagged this for a great price ($225~), and couldnt be happier. Its crazy comfortable and looks great in my space. Its bigger than a lot of accent chairs but the size isnt overwhelming. I got it in the green color, and its very true to its example photo.
I ordered the upholstered green fabric chair, and instead received the leather caramel variety. I didnt particularly feel like dealing with a return, and I didnt have a strong opinion on the color anyways, so I decided to just keep it. It works well in my room regardless.
The assembly literally could not have been easier. Just screw in a few legs and there you go. The legs were hidden in a zipper compartment in the bottom of the chair, which took me a minute to figure out, but that was the extent of the difficulty. Its comfortable and spacious, and I can sit in a variety of positions on it, which is what I wanted. Its also light and easy to move with another person.

I wanted to like this loveseat. Its the perfect small size for an apartment, and the black leather is soft and beautiful. However, for the price, the quality control is totally lacking. You can see in the photos that the two back cushions are not the same shape. The left cushion is more curved on the bottom than the right one. And the face of the right cushion is bigger than the left, causing the top seam to sit higher. The left arm rest is also not level. It seems like some of the padding may have shifted during shipping, but who knows. You can tell by my laptop sitting on each arm that while the left is mostly level, the right obviously isnt. If I had paid $500 for this couch, I would expect these types of issues. But for $1300 for a 56 loveseat... it should be flawless. Totally disappointed.
I do have to say the delivery was impeccable though. We live on the third floor, and the men brought it up to our unit and pushed it through my door, so as not to enter my home but making it as easy as possible for me. Ive scheduled the return pickup. So, well see how that goes. claims it is Prime and can be returned easily, but I dont have any experience with buying such a large item from them before. Will update this review if there are issues with returning the loveseat.

Bad Quality Control for the Price
