Perfect for small living room. I have a 50inch tv. This looks great in my living room. It doesnt take up much space. I was able to assemble it. Though I dont think I did a perfect job, I was able to complete the task. Any issue I had was a personal one. Definitely not related to the product. .recommend

Of course it takes a bit of time to set up; but directions were clear and precise. No issue at all. The fireplace is so pretty (you have options of just the fireplace display or added heat). It is holding our 64 inch TV with no problem. We are so satisfied! .recommend
