I got this bed because I share a room with my young daughter and we have a small apartment. The instructions say to have 2 or more people to put it together, but Im alone and put it up just fine alone. It was simple, took about an hour and a half. Its sturdy and Im sure it will last for years.
Really like the size and design. Only disappointed that the ladders cannot be switched to the other side of the bed to allow positioning in other areas of a room. You can only put bed a certain way to allow the child to access top bunk.
I bought this recently for my younger ones. The bed took a couple of hours to put together and you definitely need another adult to help. It is very sturdy and doesnt take up much room. Overall a quality product at a decent price.
though it looks intimidating it was a breeze to oversee the assembly by my 22yo son, with mom finishing up the slats and connectors in 30 minutes time. its a good height to reach the top bunk, and when assembled properly very sturdy with not much wiggle. he used a power drill with a hex bit, otherwise it might have taken alot longer with much more whining.
Nice and sturdy and looks great. A lot of pieces and directions not very detailed, so it took a while to put together.
Would also recommend getting a memory foam or thick mattress due to it being metal bars and not a flat surface for it to lay on. My two year old doesnt notice, but will buy a thicker mattress when he gets big enough to tell.

Also purchased two full and one twin Signature Sleep Contour 8-Inch mattresses (already had one twin mattress),
and four SafeRest Mattress Protectors.

Bought this bed for my kids, 5 and 9. They love it, originally Id planned to put the oldest on top, but after a few nights they switched. Its pretty sturdy, my husband used glue while putting this together, BC Id read some people complained about that. It was a great deal, the box is havy as hell though, and it has many pieces, BUT again my husband put it together and that says alot If you purchase the 6in bed it suggested I think youll be happy, that also fit perfectly and still keeps the guard rail high enough so I feel my 5 year old is safe.

Overall good price for what you get. Bed can wiggle if you are bigger. Great for young kids through adolescence.

Very sturdy, handles our 5 and 7 year olds playing around. Easy to assemble and has held strong so far.
