Love the style of this couch! We had sat on a similar one before we purchased this one, so I was not shocked at the firmness of the couch, but it definitely is FIRM. Back pillows are softer. Came in three boxes that were delivered on separate days (lord give me patience!). Easy to assemble, took maybe 30 min with me and my kid. We are using it in our finished basement and makes a great lounge area for movie night and video games. Plus I love the hidden storage in the attached chaise. Plan on using it as a guest bed as well.

I had to get assistance to force that in. The storage space is aming and its super easy to pull out to extend the sitting space. Love the color and am overall happy with the purchase!
There are no instructions included. While its fairly self/explanatory, there is a specific order in which each piece must be added, so I had to take the unit apart and reassemble it a few times.
The couch is VERY firm, and not very deep. I decided to just keep the loveseat bed pulled out and pad it with blankets to make it more comfortable to sit on.
The pull/out piece skips its track VERY easily
The conversion couch is not bad for the price.

Delivery was on time but came in two separate deliveries, tow different days 2/3 days apart. I did reach out to the company when I only receive half the couch, but no response, or even a check back from the allotted days they said it would take to respond from the seller. I got the part I needed to complete the couch 2days later, but it was still unsettling when your paying that much money. Overall I like and enjoy the product, just lacking in customer service.
If you like a firm couch this is for you! The depth of the couch is short so it is more comfortable to have it completely open so the whole sofa has a chaise lounge.

A little hard to slide the assembly but was able to get side arms on.

Good pullout couch
Bought this as a sleepover option for my sons game room. My son says its very comfortable and actually sleeps on it more than his own bed.
