I had an unusual experience with ordering this product. I tried to pregame and order ahead of the holidays, unfortunately, I wasnt quick enough. It took about 1 1/2 month(s) for the boxes (thee in total) to arrive. This in no way is at fault of the seller, it was due to COVID/19 and the holidays jamming FedEx up. Having just moved, I was hoping to have this before the holiday so I would be able to seat guests. Unfortunately that didnt happen. I then started getting concerned that when it actually did arrive it would be damaged. When it arrived, my suspicion was correct and the couch was damaged (pictures posted below). The guide that helps the couch turn into a bed had been broken off, which again, is likely due to poor handling during shipping, but I think I should be able to fix it. That being said, the reviews speak for themselves, Im just a victim of circumstance.
The Cymax Manager has been so lovely in helping me with frustrations that I dont entirely regret buying this couch. As of right now were working out a deal to appease the damages of this product.
The couch itself is a little firm, which I totally dont mind, its sleek, pretty to look at, and I love propping my feet up on the pullout when i want to be extremely ly. I would feel comfortable recommending this product to anyone in need of an affordable couch as an accent to a smaller room.
I cant believe this product is well reviewed at all. Not only is it awkwardly sized, but its quite literally the most uncomfortable couch Ive ever had. I have had couches that I have picked up off the side of the road in college that were more comfortable than this thing. I guess I should have known that you get what you pay for. The pieces often dont stay together and a little bit of a bump can cause the pieces like the arms to become disconnected and make rattling noises until the entire piece is taken off and refitted. Terrible couch. Id give 0 stars if that was an option.
Love this couch its very comfy i love that its firm and the storage plus ability to convert to a pull out bed just makes the deal more sweeter great buy and value for sure
We were very disappointed in the quality of this couch. It was not a cheap couch so we thought it would last longer than 15 days. It was delivered 12/10/2020 and by 12/25/2020 my husband was having to replace screws in the pull out section. Very poorly made. It was not abused simply sat upon.
Company/Customer Service:
I want to start by saying it didnt arrive on time at all it showed up 2 weeks after the expected time. Then got sent across the US from destination. It was a nightmare on finding info or what happened. The company was responsive but not very good at getting information I needed because it was shipped from an entirely different company. It was the same info I could get on my own. They were supposed to give a partial refund which I still have yet to receive and now have just given up on. They told me to go to my bank to ask why I didnt receive it. At this point it wasnt worth my money. The brand on the box that was delivered was a different brand for 150 less somewhere else.
Actual product
Pros: It is hard at first but gets comfortable the more you sit on it, the storage is aming, and the pull out portion to create a bed is pretty awesome for lounging.
Cons: I am unable to get a the back of the chaise to snap into place so I just left it since it was mostly down, the couch width is small so not meant for tall people unless you keep the sleeper section pulled out at all times.
Overall a great product but could have gotten the same thing somewhere else at a lower cost.

Not satisfied with product.
The product was smaller than expected, assembly was fairly easy, until assembling the back rest did not line with holes.

this couch is awesome
this couch is aming and we get so many compliments on it. we actually ended up buying a second one and made a make/shift u/shaped sectional couch
Basic small space couch, not comfortable at all so I would avoid this if you plan to use it often.
Overall a decent couch for small spaces, easy to assemble yet the quality is fairly cheap. 2 stars for comfort as it is extremely firm.
