Quick delivery and husband had no trouble putting it together. It fits perfectly in our small space. Only negative is its awkward for tall people to sit comfortably on the ottoman.
I purchased this couch two months before a cross-country move and left it in the three big boxes it came it. Upon arriving at my new home assembling this little couch was a smooth process. You do have to make sure you look at the instructions to see which way the back goes on as it will click into place in the wrong direction. If youve done that just turn it over and there are some little release latches in there. Even after sitting in boxes for two months all of my cushions fluffed out perfectly. Its really a sturdy little couch and very nice to look at and also fits nicely into my one bedroom apartments living room.
I also wanted to express how wonderful customer support was for me as I had spoken with them about my move and that the boxes would not be opened for that length of time and they said that they would support me when the time came if need be, I consider that above and beyond stellar customer support. Im very grateful

Cushions are comfortable, although the back is a bit low they are supportive. Velcro keeps bottom cushions from sliding or shifting. A definite upgrade from others that look like it. No regrets at all.

Love this couch. It came in only 4 days and had all the pieces. My great danes love it and the purple is a way prettier shade in person then the pic of it online. Im super happy with it. We have a few 300 family members and they sat on it without any cracks or bad noises coming from the couch so I think its gonna be nice and sturdy and last a few years for sure. If I had to say anything negative about it the only things I'd say is it is pretty low but I don't mind it because our dogs won't be thumping around on it as bad then and the other thing would be the back is lower and doesn't feel like it would survive long if it wasn't against a wall but we plan on having it up against one so it doesn't bother me. All around im super pleased.
Im a petite girl and I fit it up by myself in two hours. Theres was only one part that wouldve been easier if I had help. I LOVE this sofa and its so worth the price. It fills up my space. I know other reviews say the back is low (it is) but thats the style/look I was going for. Love my purchase!!
After having the couch for about a month now I can write a honest review. The couch came on time and in 3 big boxes. I thought it was going to be way too small and started to really worry. Until we actually took it out and started putting it together! Wow is it much bigger. Super easy to put together too! I love this couch. You can't beat the price we paid for. We are a family of 6 and it's perfect. Surprisingly very easy to clean as well. Only downside is the back. It's Much lower than you would expect. We occasionally use pillows against the wall so we can lean back all the way. I'm sure it's meant to keep you from being lazy and having proper posture but we like to get lazy lol I would absolutely recommend this couch and already have to several friends and family members.
We recently brought a new home and wanted a modern, roomy sectional at a great price and this fit the bill! Easy to assemble, comfortable and beautiful. It came in 3 boxes that made assembly by section easy. It is rather low to the ground but they got it to us quickly. You wont be disappointed!
