The product is really good. Looks neat and sturdy but the setup instructions were a bit of a mess. There are no instructions just photos showing the setup. it was extremely difficult to setup the sleeper section of the sofa as we kept on guessing which part goes where. When the package arrived, a couple of parts were slightly disoriented and damaged but the customer service made us whole for that. in one line - good product, decent quality, inadequate setup instructions and reasonably responsive customer service.
I had it since the end of 2019. Putting together wasn't a problem. I'm 110lbs and 5'1. I put the couch together all by myself. But I noticed the head rests quickly deteriorated with typical use by little kids. I put my elbow on the head rest to help myself sit down, the spot on the headrest got crushed in. I clearly heard a pop then forearm fell into the headrest. Again, I'm 110lbs. I don't expect this couch to last very long. I like the design, but the quality, not so much.
This couch is lovely. It is soft and though it says faux leather, it has a leather smell and looks very nice. I did not realize that the two little black pillows came with this couch and was pleasantly surprised. There is a secret compartment inside of the bottom of one couch that has a zipper and will have all the parts to the couch like the legs, pillows, backrests, etc.
I plan to put a memory foam mattress on the bed when this couch is needed as a bed to add additional comfort. I am really happy with the appearance and functionality. It was built well. It took a bit of time to assemble and my husband got a decent size blister from putting it together. You may want to wear a glove because he did not realize the repetitive motion was injuring him until later on.
The issue I had was that it was torn on arrival and damaged in one spot and marked up in others. This was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I wish it arrived better but am happy with the resolve. The couch itself is a little masterpiece. It was worth it and I am happy with the end results.
The back side of the couch caved in after a month of use. Its still a functional couch but were disappointed that it did this. We contacted and never heard back.

We bought this couch as an accent for occasional, light to moderate use in a bar area. At the price point, it has exceeded my expectations. This couch is the highest quality upholstered piece of furniture we've bought using the environment. It came cleverly packaged in two boxes and took about 25 minutes to assemble.
Product came damaged after a long wait. Very disappointed about the damage and the long wait. It is not easy to repack this 220 lbs product to ship that back for either reimbursement or to ask for a replacement. Assesmbly of bed sofa is tricky and no good instructions. Delivery was not smooth

We bought this for our movie theatre and it is perfect! love the ease of extending it. It does show any kind of dust but is easy to wipe!
