Instructions were exact. This isnt fine furniture but it looks great and is functional. It even comes with a spare parts pack. Cam locks were solid. Everything fit and unit is very sturdy.
I have a 65in TV for anyone hoping to compare measurements! This tv stand is high quality for a decent price! Its so much more expensive/looking than I imagined! I highly recommend. Typically when I get items that need to be built I call my dad to assemble them for me, but I was impatient and had time, so I sat down and put it together myself! After several instances of putting a piece on backwards and having to take pieces off to reassemble, its perfect. This took a beginner about 4/5 hours to put it together. I am extremely happy with this product, would recommend to a friend and purchase again.
The instructions mention that for every dowel pin there should be glue added to each side of the pin to provide additional strength. The problem is being conservative with my glue use I made it about 1/3 of the way into the instructions when I ran out of glue.
Overall its a solid cabinet and would recommend if you have your own wood glue to use.
