I never leave reviews but this worthy of one! I bought it about a month ago and I am so in love with it. It was very easy to put together, only taking about an hour with 2 people. The directions where easy to read also. It came on a timely manner and there were no damages or bed bugs like some of the other reviewers stated. Absolutely love everything about this bed!
This item met all of my expectations! I love the fact that I didnt have to buy a separate box bring for my bed, all I needed was a mattress. This sits high enough for me and it can take some bumping around if ya know what I mean! Lol
We couldnt fully assemble it. The cheap wood could not grasp each bolt and 1 bolt arrived broken. Fabric had dirt and stains like it was a return. The slats are such low quality that they cant be handled w/bare skin for fear of splinters. Photos included in this review
I've had this bed for 2 years now and over the last year, one of the legs cracked and the other is wobbly. I don't know who to reach out to bc says the product service has expired, though it says it has a 5 yr warranty. Anyone help me?
As far as it goes, the color isn't as white as I hoped but it is fine. I actually recovered it to black bc it made or winter white furniture look very weird so just be forwarded that it is very much a creamy ivory/linen color, not white, or even off white. If you do recover it,, it is very simple to do but I recommend a thicker velvet type material bc the nailheads show thru. (pic attached) It has survived 2 moves, has a supportive frame and we have no complaints about the product itself other than the wonky leg.
This is a beautiful bed and sturdy, but you better be a magician to know how to put it together without instructions. I looked online, and found that most people were in the same boat. There is a Youtube video about putting another version of this bed together, but it is little help for this one. Don't buy it unless you can figure out these things yourself. Between my son and me, we managed to get it together with screws left over. Where do they go? No idea.
For Starters: I had only received 1/2 of the shipment and the bed was damaged in transit in which I was NOT notified. Didnt fully know until after countless calls to UPS and for days straight.
2nd: I got a replacement and it was very difficult to assemble. The instructions must be out of order the way this was worded / pictured.
3rd: I didnt see any bed bugs, but will continue to update along the way if any issues occur. Nevertheless, the bed comes as described, but you might have delayed delivery and pieces that dont match. I definitely wouldnt recommend or buy again. Ive actually come close to just getting a refund on the entire order.

Legs are wonky

A lot of pieces were bent or appeared already used with scratches, tears, bending, chipping, etc.
