It took them 2 and they said they thought it had the side stairs which take a couple hours to assemble. ? Still it is a little less sturdy than I thought it would be but for the price it is about whati should have expected. Value before assembly is still pretty good.
It looks great but its not sturdy at all. The trundle wheels broke off after one night of rolling under the bed. Many parts came damaged and were never replaced. I received a partial refund and still had to buy parts and find someone to fix it because the manufacturer didnt not want to replace the parts or send a replacement or give a refund. The first offer was not even half of a partial payment.
If you have parts to make it sturdy then it would be great. Customer service is not quick to respond and does not do whats needed to rectify their false advertisement or broken/damaged parts.
Im very upset the bed was damaged with a chunk out of the side rail visible to everyone. I had to get someone to put it together and no way to hide the damaged side. Disappointed to pay over $600.00 and it look like this. When I called, she said maybe I could go buy a piece to replace it. Not what I expected.

I was amazed at the quality, and strength of this Bunk bed with trundle.
We didn't get the whole bed????
We got one box with about 10 boards in it and instructions but no screws and missing half of the beds.
