The chair broke within 24hrs of receiving if. It no longer will lay completely flat. I needed a chair urgently so I chose not to return it, but pretty disappointed that it broke.
It functions like those lawn chairs from the 80s with the plastic rope where it has to click all the way forward before it will lay back to flat, but mine gets stuck on the way back to flat.

The smart chair is well padded and built with a metal frame.I havent figured out how to get to fold flat and it does fold up in half but it does have a handle to carry it if I want to take it with me. Very comfortable to sit in and when I get up I dont have pain . I like it and feel much better.
If you play on the floor a lot with your kids, grandkids, etc you NEED THIS CHAIR! It is super comfortable and is easy to move in! Its light weight and easy to travel with as well!
Purchased the Easy Comfort floor chair in Dec 2018 and Im 100 satisfied. Ive tried two other brands before and was unhappy with those. The padding is excellent and very comfortable. I cant feel the boning and nothing is pushing through the chair when I sit on it. Comfortable for hours with no back lain. The settings are easy to change and it feels pretty sturdy. The reviews for the blue/beige version sound terrible so I wouldnt recommend buying that one. This one is clearly a far superior product. 5 stars. Have already recommended to others.
