When i first got the box with all the pieces, i was a bit unmotivated to do it myself tbh. Once i separated the slats from the frame it was a lot easier! I did it myself in like 30 mins. You dont need to but, I used a power drill to fasten to screws, only because im kinda weak and not strong enough to tighten with the Allen wrench. Overall its a very nice platform. Clean design, doesnt make any noise when i get on/off my bed if you are looking for something simple instead of a traditional bed frame but dont want your bed on the floor lol, this is the one!
This is really well designed. Came packed great. Other than lifting the box id say one person can put this together fairly easily. It was almost theraputic how easily this frame assembled. Very well designed. Super sturdy! Great purchase!!!

It feels really strong, my partner and I can move on the bed with our cat and dont feel the bars bending or giving at all. Im saying this because both of us together are just under 500lbs.
This is a great bed for larger people, or people who are going to be rough with the bed. I did a lot of research before hand and couldnt be happier.

You wont regret it. I wish I would have bought this one first. And not the other, slightly cheaper brand. It was squeaking and falling apart within a few weeks.
I put the entire base together, did take a little long then I thought. Super sturdy, doesnt make noise and a good amount of space to put storage under bed if needed .
So easy to put together. Everything is numbered and labeled, including of the pieces should be up or down. Such a relief! And pretty study. Very happy with my purchase!
