Well made bed!! The only complaint is Allen wrench stripped after first screw. Had to find and use ours. Hubby put together with ease. Doesnt creak plenty of room under the 18
I bought this bed frame so I could fit some 18 gallon Sterilite bins underneath. The bins are 16 tall so I figured they would fit under a 18 tall bed frame, but the clearance height under this bed frame is maybe 15. So yea, this product didnt serve the purpose that I bought it for. I tried putting some bed risers on it, but I forgot theres a 5th leg right in the middle of the bed frame that would need a bed riser too, so that idea was out. I guess Ill just have to buy shorter bins.
The bed frame itself is a good buy. Very easy to put together, and absolutely no squea. Very sturdy. I especially like the rounded legs, because I always feel like Ill hurt myself on other cheapo bed frames. But these ones are good. If they were just a few inches taller, they would be perfect.
I agree that the packaging is terrible and there were minor cosmetic dings and scratches because of this. For the price though, the product is very sturdy and perfect height for additional storage underneath the bed.
frame works wonderfully. assembles easily too. however, it arrived pretty banged up. because i cannot wait for a replacement and dont want the hassle I guess Im stuck with it. wish I could get a partial credit of some sort for receiving a scratch and dent LITERALLY or blem product. very very frustrating. if you buy this make sure you have the patience to to check it thoroughly and possibly wait for a replacement. or just dont buy it.
I am super happy with this unit. Easy set up with 2 people. No squeaks at all. The 4 star rating is they did not send the correct amount of bolts and one incorrect length of bolts. A trip to the hardware store and we got what we needed. It seems they have added some support arms and have not updated the pack of bolts. The incorrect length of bolt was just wrong. If they updated this it would be a 5 star
This is a very stable quiet bed frame. I removed my box spring and am very pleased with the results. I love the extra room for storage under the bed and also the new heighth of the bed now. Was leary ordering online but glad I took the chance. No regrets.
I had some questions with and they were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Pretty good but this required tools for assembly and squeaked a lot! Returned and purchased the quick snap instead.
