This product is very good and was quite easy to put together and the directions were sufficient.? My only concern was putting the safety net on. The directions for the net assemply stated to attach poles to base and then place net over poles. This was quite difficult and was much easier to put the net on the poles first then attach the poles. That would be my only feedback. Other than that my children love it.
Our kids are having a blast with this trampoline and the build quality gives me confidence that this product will last many years. That said, our package arrived with a hole in the side of the box and without the bag of hardware needed for assembly of the safety net. Im guessing the hardware bag fell out of the hole during transit. I recommend the manufacturer start taping the hardware bag to one of the structural components of the trampoline to prevent this from happening in the future. The manufacturer was able to replace our missing hardware in a timely fashion.
My single biggest gripe about this product is the assembly instructions for the safety net. Steps 1 and 2 say to assemble and install all of the net support tubes onto the frame of the trampoline. Then step 3 instructs, Ensure that the entrance is located between two trampoline support legs, then place the safety net pole cover into the installed tubes. Starting from the entrance, go left in a clockwise direction from tube to the net. This is physically impossible. The safety net cannot stretch far enough to get the pole covers over the top of the support tubes. The only way to assemble the safety net is to start with the support tubes detached from the trampoline frame, then one at a time slide a single tube into a pole cover and attach the tube to the frame. Strongly recommended that the manufacturer revise their net installation instructions.
One other word of caution, make sure you are using the included tool directly on the springs and not on the metal eyelets on the trampoline mat. While this is clearly illustrated in a graphic, the instructions state Use the specially enclosed tool to pull together the springs and the mat and attach the hooks to the frame. The instructions should state that the tool should be used to stretch the spring itself, not to pull the eyelet to get the needed tension for the spring to attach. When I made this mistake one of the metal eyelets deformed under the strain and pulled out of the mat. I was able to reshape and reattach the eyelet using a pair of pliers.
Let me start off by saying we were so excited to finally find a trampoline in stock during this crazy time to keep our boys busy and have fun! We LOVED the fact that it was 10 foot. Its just the perfect size for our yard but still big enough for they boys to get some great jumps in! Having it for a couple days there are only two small things that would need to be adjusted for your future development
1) the zipper doesnt fully zip to the bottom (to me its not a big deal AT ALL. My two year old fussed over it to be fully zipped but seriously not a big deal)
2) the poles for the netting.... the holes didnt match up on the top for the bracket to hold it in place. My husband was able to use his drill to create his own and it worked just fine!
Other then those small things this is the best purchase we have made for them !! Thank you for keeping them smiling during this quarantine!
We love our new trampoline! We ordered the 10 as our yard is not very big; I was scared it was going to be too small but it is perfect. My daughter is almost 9 and the size is great. It was very easy to assemble taking maybe an hour if that. I would highly recommend this product to a friend.
I just wanted to take a moment to extended my thanks to the Company for its unbelievable customer service and outstanding craftsmanship of our trampoline.
I placed the order for our 10ft Trampoline with Net- through .com on March 14, 2020. It arrived a few weeks later. Unfortunately, the hardware to install the safety netting was missing. What happened next was unbelievable. I emailed the company and they express shipped the hardware that was missing. On top of that, they refunded me for 50% of the trampolines cost for my troubles. I now have the trampoline all set up and my 4 year old son absolutely loves it. I couldnt have made a better purchase!
Thank you again for giving us a quality piece of equipment that has already given us hours upon hours of exercise and fun!
So far our family is really enjoying this trampoline. It is nice, safe and sturdy. Our oldest enjoys just laying on it as well as jumping. The enclosure gives it a fort type feel. It wasnt too difficult to assemble but the instructions and pictures were a little vague. The two most difficult parts were putting the safety netting on it and tying the spring guard on. With the netting you have to slide each one down a little at time or you cant do it. The rope to tie the spring guard on is a little tricky and time consuming but not too terrible. Overall looks to be a great purchase for some outdoor family fun.
What I liked about this product was that both my 6 year old and 3 year old enjoyed playing in the trampoline. I felt that they were safe as this product was well thought out when it was made. They even covered the springs with netting so the kids little feet would not go toward the springs. My 3 year old needs assistance getting into the trampoline. I wish they offered their own ladder since I trust this companys product.
we bought a 10ft trampoline in March, and my kids are enjoying it very much. 10ft model is big enough for my 7 and 3 year old kids jumping together.
It took three hours to build. The instruction was relatively easy and clear, but some of the pieces and orientations were not very clear.
The small minor issue is that there is no ladder or stool to get into the trampoline so we put a little stool out there.
Fairly easy to set up, easy to follow directions, tools needed included in package. Took us about 3 hours, we set it up as a family. Have had the trampoline for a week. Seems very sturdy. My 9 and 6 year old both love it. Lots of jumping fun!
This was easy to assemble, very sturdy, for my 11 year old that is a little on the fluffy side! Very good quality and the design looks nice too (better then the neighbors) lol
