    Missing Multiple Pieces

We are very sad with this purchase. The box that the trampoline arrived in had holes, and due to this we are missing quite a few items required for safety and completion of the trampoline. Exact missing pieces - 2 springs, 6 eye bolts with nuts and washers, 4 carriage bolts with nuts and washers and 2 spring bushings. We do not want to return this; however, we require the missing items be sent immediately. After reading multiple reviews, I noticed that the issue of missing pieces/parts seemed to have been resolved and I went ahead with this purchase. Please take time to read all reviews

    Great purchase!

The trampoline is great! It was easy to put together and seems really durable. Our kids love it already. We were missing a few springs, and Pyle Support and the seller were very responsive.

    Difficult Net Assembly

The process of putting this together is an absolute pain in the A, really just because of the netting. The sleeve attached to the netting that the poles goes into is not big enough. The foam safety tubing around the poles rips easily during the process of getting the poles into the sleeve. Then the foam tubing starts to bunch in the sleeve, making it impossible to pull the sleeve all the way down. Its extremely frustrating to get near the end of assembly and encounter so much difficulty. The instructions leave little in the way of guidance. We havent even gotten to use it yet and Im already done.

    Missing all springs

Paid $340 and it only came with 3 springs for the whole trampoline

An awesome gift for the grandchildren!

Like anyone who orders products for children, safety matters. As stated on the page when you order, this trampoline is made from heavy duty, engineered galvanized metal and the jumping mat is made from reinforced polypropylene, providing durability and strength. This 10ft trampoline is also waterproof and weather-resistant to withstand humid and wet weather. These were important issues in our decision to purchase this product. We were not disappointed at all. Our son and his friend did the actual installation and it went smoothly. The springs were harder towards the end but this makes perfect sense because you want and need that kind of tension on them. Best of all, our grandchildren really enjoy this trampoline! We would recommend this purchase.

Solid buy and easy enough setup for under $400

We recently bought this trampoline for my two children. I am happy to report all of the necessary parts were there. In regard to the instructions, they were lacking quite a bit... First thing they show is pictures and diagrams of laying out the bars. This was very helpful and I liked being able to see how to set up the build. The next step was the connecting. There was no directions on what to connect in order so realizing that going in a clockwise circle attaching each support arm to the next leg/support was a little trial and error, but we figured it out. The next step was attaching the jumping pad. This was a bit confusing because the directions talk about numbers and trampoline sizes in an attempt to make it easier to attach the springs? I had no idea what it was trying to convey, so I used my common sense and basically attached springs around the pad one across from another as I went. So I would attach one at 12oclock and another at 6. Then one at 3oclock and another at 9. I did this around the entire pad and had no issues or struggle attaching any springs at all. The next step was to attach the net arms and screws. This for some reason is on the last two pages of the book and a bit unclear. Once again I figured out what pole went where, but if the two pole types were letter assigned and specified in the directions, it would have been much easier to follow along. Once I figured out how the screws went, it was smooth. Next step was getting the net up. This was easy enough to understand, but a little difficult to execute. The net sleeves are a bit tight to squeeze over the foam padding. The foam around the poles is also very cheap. While squeezing the net around the pole part of the foam ripped and two others bunched up at the bottom. The directions do not say you need to shimmy the net on the poles 4 inches down and then do the next pole and the next... etc. Feeding the net 4 inches at a time around every pole takes about 40 minutes alone. Once your net is on, its done. I like the trampoline and the kids have used it every day since buying it. I wish the directions were more detailed on how to complete the next steps. All in all it seems like a nice addition to the yard.

    An excellent product

The trampoline is of great quality--I am impressed by how easy it was to assemble (perhaps the only slightly involved step was putting on the safety net) and how safe and stable it feels when I jump on it (I am approaching the weight limit with my own weight). The only slightly annoying thing is that after the rain, the rain water remains trapped somewhere inside the blue cover and then naturally comes to the center as I jump getting my feet wet. It is usually not a big deal though.

    Excellent trampoline

Easiest trampoline installation I have experienced. First one I have purchased with a tool to pull springs. Lightweight and easily moveable. Very satisfied with safety aspects.
