    Aming product!

Works well.Aming product. Arrived in one package and was very, very heavy. Lots of small pieces but I managed to put them all together just by myself in less than 2 hours. One advice: do not tighten all screws all the way until you put them all together. The instructions are pretty straight forward. I did not use any other tools besides what came in the box. It is very sturdy and looks great in my little studio apartment. Thanks for coming up with such a compact bed.

Very good value. Love the bed, but it was a lot of parts to put together.

Nice bed. Tough to put together.

Assembled Quickly. When finished it is a very nice bed. Doesnt look cheap. Had to have wife help with some parts (needed more than two hands). Manufacturer should make siderails one piece complete sections to make the bed so much easier to put together.

    Check your package carefully

what I needed. This package arrived looking unopened and well protected. Once I opened it and pulled everything out of the box, I realized that no hardware had been shipped. I called the number provided and asked for it to be shipped. The customer service rep was helpful and polite, leading me to believe this happens a lot. Four days later, the hardware arrived. Once I started putting it together I realized 2 things. 1. This was going to take a heck of a lot longer than the suggested 30 minutes. 2. There were more missing parts. I was missing 8 of the 11 back slats and 1 of the 22 side slats. None of these were imperative to the structure of the bed, so I built it anyway. I had someone coming to stay two days later and needed the bed. Other than those issues, I love the bed. It looks great in the room and seems structurally sound. I looked everywhere and this was the only full/sized daybed available. After the 3 hours spent putting it together, Im never getting rid of it!

    Good, solid piece of furniture

This works. Nice, good/looking piece. Would have given five stars had it been packaged better. There were dents in the visible parts of the bed. Also not very easily put together. There has to be a better way to attach/insert decorative slats.

Great, but know what you are doing to build, it. Handy person needed.

Awesome! NOTE in 2016 I paid 186.00 prime and it was 5 stars for that price. For 240.00 plus its only 3.5 to 4 stars as it is easily marred. Mine look very nice after 18 months, still it has some scuffs. If I had little kids it be all scratched up. I have some ideas why people could not build this, for me it was very straight forward. I laid everything out on a sheet of plywood that I set on two saw horses to give me a large table. I also used two 40 clamps. I built each section by myself and had the entire thing complete in 60 minutes. With a second person using this method using the second person to get all the sub parts togehter it would take be maybe 30 minutes. Of course I do this stuff all day, someone coming in with zero skills its a 2 hour job even with the tools I mention and get a second person. I am a woodworker, I am thinking some tried to build this on the carpet or even worse straght up and down and not laid flat Yeah doing it that way would be nearly impossible, but again because am a woodworker it never even entered my mind to even try to build it that. Do yourself a favor. if you dont have a super large table(I mean very few would have a table this large) , go out and get a sheet of plywood a couple saw horses and two 40 clamps(just return them when done). A screw gun would be helpful as well for me a requirement. With these basic things two people that didnt even know what they were doing could build this pretty darn fast, without this stuff it will be tough. This is a very nice day bed, if I had to make it from scratch I would cost me 600.00 in time and material all said and done. I took a series of pictures on how I built this in an hour by myself. Had I seen these pictures I might have been able to do it in 45 minutes or less the first time. Mt technique nees. For an assembly Table Sheet of plywood Saw horses For the build Painter tape(to hold the back top and bottom salt back together) Rubber Mallet Screw Gun 4 Way Screw driver or 1 flat head one Philips Wrench / I used these because my hands are weak just turn turn the enclosed Allen wrench

    Minimal Assembly? HA!

Struggle. For years, I have bought to assemble furniture and put it together with no problems. Hell Ive built IBM servers back in the day, so complicated instructions, small parts etc have never ever been an issue. Im the queen of assembling furniture, for goodness sake. I needed a full sized day bed frame for my guest room, and saw this on . Attractive and the seductive words of minimal assembly required. Well a caveat here; one should be wary from the get go, when the not so clear instructions say//may require two people to assemble. This bed is an assortment of wooden puzzle pieces that would require the patience of Job (or my local handyperson) to assemble. Im sure that when it is fully assembled on that glorious day my handyperson arrives, I shall ooh and aw over the lovely wood and design, which is the only reason why it got 3 stars in the first place
