This bed feels really sturdy. I have a regular twin mattress. No, the mattress doesnt slide off. It is super close to the floor if a child falls off the bed they wont be getting hurt. Drawers can be put on either side of the bed and 1 in the front if you want because it also fits in the front. Really easy to assemble and very well organized to understand instructions. Drawers were super easy to assemble.

This bed looks great in my daughters small room. The drawers are great for extra storage! Some of the wood came in scratched but we were able to hide the scratched pieces.
It was pretty easy to put together. But the slats they give you are not made to hold up any age group except maybe a baby. The bed says max 200lbs. Luckily the bed this one replaced had some OSB boards I used over the slats. So far we are in about 3 weeks and no issues. The bottom bed has very small wheels so if you have carpet in your room, this makes it a little harder to pull out the bed.
Bed was delivered in two shipments earlier than promised. It took son and friend a few hours to assemble, wasnt so easy. Frame was easy. Installing drawers was more challenging. Beautiful and sturdy. My grandson loves his bed.arrived as pict8y
Perfect for a small apartment space. My 15-years old daughter just loves it and so do I. The assembly was not hard to put together, just have time for it. The material looks sturdy (we have it for couple of days so far) and the second bed is a good addition if my daughter has her best friend over.
First the bed is cute. It was a good price for two beds. But I ordered it on March 26 and they said wed receive it by April 7th at the latest as I paid $99.99 for delivery so I expected that as a prime member as well. Well the 7th came and went, then they said the 9th, then the 11th, then it said if we didnt receive it by the 14th we could ask for a refund. It finally came late the night of the 14th. Well then my husband got to putting it together and he found it was cracked as soon in the photo. But now we are in a time crunch and dont have time to return it. The company asked us to keep it to avoid a return in exchange for $80 and we fix the need ourselves or find someone to do it with the money they give us. So we will but I just didnt think we should have had to for the amount of money we paid.
On the laminate floors we have the trundle roold just fine although wheels are small. It will be beautiful with the bedding sets that are coming and perfect once done. Will update once complete
