*UPDATE / Contacted customer service (online) and the sent out a new controller and remote within a few day... problem solved for now. Great customer service, thank you.
Wanted to love it but have to sen it back. The first problem was that the remote did not work for the head up position..... found a work around but when the head and foot messager would not shut off and the bead got stuck in the up position, it was time ti get a service person out to look at it. Unfortunately my only option was to return product THIS REALLY SUCKS!!! Now i will have no platform for the bed (basicly sleeping on the floor) until i find another. (Already got rid of my previous bed platform) UGGH!!
I bought a queen sized frame and have been using it for about a week now and really like it. The only thing is that while the ad says that it weighs 150 pounds, that is not true at all. Its more like 250 pounds. I dont care what anybody says (including the reviewer that got a freebie for writing a nice review), doing this by yourself is extremely difficult. It can be done, I did it, but it wasnt fun or easy. You have to assemble it face down, which is fine. Its getting that 250 pound frame flipped over on its legs without breaking anything, particularly the legs, thats the problem. Also, people have mentioned that two of the legs are very hard to screw in. This was the same for me, they wouldnt budge after getting about a third of the way in. However, after applying a few drops of 3/in/1 oil to the threads, they went in just fine and are nice and tight. Im a little worried about the motors burning out as they seem to really labor getting the bed up and down. Other than that Im really happy with it.
Be careful when choosing mattress adjustable bed frame. recommended a Dynasty mattress (https:www..com/dp/B00G89NI2Y/refcm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_9) which I purchased to go with bed frame. Mattress is much too thick (12 inch) and firm to allow bed frame to lift legs properly. Will not do the bend for under knees. Now am stuck with a mattress that would probably cost at least purchase price (?) to return not to mention how to package (came compressed). I like the frame but is almost useless for purpose bought with mattress recommended for it.
Do not buy this product, because the parts go bad just after the warranty is up. They do not have a parts department that will replace the faulty parts. The customer service is horrible. If you are going to invest this type of money in a adjustable bed base, buy it from your local mattress store, so that you can buy an extended warranty to keep your bed operating. I spent $500.00 and 3 and a half years later the power transformer went out and the bed is now total junk.
I am rewriting a review that I had done in the past. My bed arrived not working (it wouldnt do anything). I called the company and they sent out a part that also didnt work. I called back (frustrated) and they sent me a new remote for the bed (next day). The bed works beautifully now, thank you for putting up with my no so niceness. I am super happy with my aming bed!
Great product for foam mattress but it seems to struggle or not work for heavier people. Im about 180lbs and had no problem with my wife on it but when my wifes father (300lbs) was on it too it struggled and didnt lift fully.
Was very easy to put together for me but Im also good at that kind of thing. You might need help moving it.
Excellent adjustable bed with many features. Even better customer service. I needed to have a part replaced and it was delivered the next day. The bead was also easy to assemble.
It has been almost a year since I posted my first post and I LOVE this bed. Also have a temperpedic and I prefer this bed over that one. It works well as far as the motors are concerned and it is sturdy. I weigh well over 200 lbs and am an old lady who cant fix anything that may go wrong. So far so good. The 12 mattress supports well. Thanks !!
Very quiet. Would have preferred the ability to program the remote so it would return to the position I liked in lieu of the predetermined positions offered.

Great once its assembled, but its not easy to get there

Great Except Under Heavy Loads

I like the rest of the bed frame
I had to buy at a tap and die to chase the threads to remove weld spatter from the legs and frame. I like the rest of the bed frame.
