Great value does what it says it does

Great value does what it says it does. I have a queen sleigh bed and it fits in the frame a little snug. (I had to put tape over screws so they wouldnt catch on the side when adjusting the bed) I live in an apartment and have people that live below mw and I worry that they can hear the massage function. All in all I am very happy with my purchase

    heavenly comfort

Ive had this bed for a couple of weeks now. I did a lot of research first and im happy with it. It arrived as promised and the instructions for putting it together were simple. A couple of tips for putting the legs on: first i wrapped the legs with a rubber band to give me a better grip. Second i used a little wd40 on the screw threads. I had one leg that wouldnt screw in all the way. What finally worked was putting the screw on ice for a couple of minutes so it would contract. The only other problem with putting it together was the hole on the head motor was partially covered by the rubber around it. I inserted a pair of closed scissors and shaved it. I did assemble this alone out of necessity but recommend having a second person help lift. The remote paired easily and it has worked perfectly. The massage is not effective in my opinion its only able to be felt in the middle of the bed but that wasnt why i bought this bed so it didnt matter to me. I havent used the usb ports because they arent convenient on the right side. UPDATE it is now May and Ive had this bed since March. I still love it and it is still working welll. One thing I have noticed is that the remote doesnt hold memory well. I have reset the preset buttons multiple times and I never know what the bed is going to do when I use the buttons so now I dont try to save any settings I just use the up and down buttons. For example, on zero gravity I like my legs elevated to the highest setting. If I save that position by holding down the remote button until the image changes and then try to use it again the bed will sometimes go flat, and sometimes go flat and then elevate a little bit. For the price, I still consider this an excellent buy and I would buy it again. UPDATE this is a product I would have liked to see updates on so I am adding this. It is now June and the bed is still working well. One thing Ive noticed now is that the mattress travels a bit. Each evening when I get into bed now I have to nudge the mattress over because it has traveled over the edge of the frame. I dont know how this happens. I do adjust the bed several times during the evening and I tend to be an active sleeper. Its not a big deal but something to be aware of. Everything is still working though and I still love it.

Ordered king (two twin xlong). Love them!

Been sleeping on them almost a month. Love having an adjustable bed. No problems so far. Great value! Outstanding customer service for the couple little glitches that I did have.

    4 stars, Defective Controller

Update: Customer service quickly shipped out my replacement parts with no fuss. A. The lift functions are left. The massage function is a joke. 3/21:After rushing home to install my new bed base we found out the remote was not calling the motors. After calling customer support, they said I will need to request a new controller via email..... I will keep you all posted.

    Get Comfortable

Really quiet, east to assemble and fun to use! Massage could be better but thats it. I did not buy it for the massage so I dont really care. the rest was nice, surprisingly nice. I was going to buy a select comfort base but they wanted $1600 for the same thing. No markup there!

Its so good sleeping in this bed

It took me a couple of years before I finally pulled the trigger on this bed. I had another one in my cart then I read the reviews on this one and just bought it. I was able to put it together with the help of my neighbor, Im a single gal who lives alone. The delivery guys brought it upstairs for me. The legs didnt screw into the holes so I used steel wool and scratched off the black paint then wd40 and they screwed right in. It was stressful getting the bed set up, but Its not too complicated, and you save money buying on and doing it yourself. I have a memory foam mattress I bought for less than $400 on Black Friday at a big box store and it does the trick. Sleeping in this bed is so good, I love it. Its good for my body and some health issues I have like acid reflux, sleep apnea, back and leg pain. So far I have been pleased with this bed. I recommend it.

Whether young or old, I think everyone can benefit from an adjustable bed.

Whether young or old, I think everyone can benefit from an adjustable bed. Like many reviewers here, we decided to see what had to offer, due to the fact the other options were $2/5k for the same thing, we decided to give this bed a shot. The wife and I purchased (2) Twin XL adjustable beds to make a king. We also got (2) separate Twin XL mattresses to go along with these beds. From order to delivery, it was exactly (2) weeks. The shipping company offered tracking info and a courtesy call to setup delivery. The shipping company delivered the beds inside to our living room ~ Im sure they would have lugged them in to our bedroom, but we werent ready just yet for it to be in our bedroom as we still needed to remove our old bed frame and mattress. Each Twin XL came in its own box. The boxes arrived in pretty good shape. There were a couple small tearouts on one of the boxes, but the contents were unharmed inside. The boxes were packed well, and quite heavy. Id recommend having atleast (1) extra set of hands when taking everything out of the boxes. The bed will come in (2) large pieces split in half right in the middle. Directions are good enough. Listing of the parts could be better, but for the most part, its easy to figure out. Putting it together: The two halves come wrapped in plastic. Id keep the plastic on the floor unless you want lint, cat/dog hair, and everything else ending up on the fabric portion. The first bed we put together we failed to keep the plastic down and the amount of dog hair that ended up on the bed was incredible Slight oversight on our part! Just a little tip for those with animals! All the parts went together without issue. I saw some other reviews about 1 or 2 legs not threading the bolts cleanly ~ Both of ours went together great. All legs had excellent threaded holes and bolts went in without issue. The only issue we ended up having was a set of pins and clips were missing for one of the motors. Originally, we were a bit peeved then decided to head to Lowes to see if we could find replacement pins. Lowes had the EXACT pins needed to hold the motors in (See pictures of Pins Clips with Part numbers in case you need to run and get some) Otherwise all other parts were in the package. Operation: Both beds work great. Both massage features work and both head/feet adjustments work. On one bed, the Zero G button doesnt work, and just puts the bed in flat mode. Not a huge issue as it can still manually be adjusted to get to Zero G status Not sure if its a remote issue or communication error with the small on/board computer ~ Either way, it wasnt a big enough issue for us to worry about. The TV/PC mode and lounge modes are awesome. The massage features are relatively loud ~ but this is subjective. The beds will be quieter if sitting on carpet as opposed to wood. Either way, the noise that comes from the massage feature is manageable. Pros: 1) Great Quality for the price! Affordable enough for almost everyone! 2) Easy to put together. Took 20 minutes for the first one, and 10 minutes for the 2nd one. Whether mechanically inclined or not, you can put this together. 3) Shipping was great, as was the shipping company. 4) Fits inside our standard European King Bed frame. Outside of taking out the slats, if fit perfectly fine. 5) Works great with our new Latex Mattresses. Cons: 1) A couple pins/clips were missing. 2) One button on one remote doesnt do what its supposed to. Even with a couple of cons, they werent large enough for us to deduct a star. Overall, this is a 4.5 star product rounded up. I really feel there is not a better adjustable bed on the market at this price point. Buy it ~ You wont be disappointed! Pictures: 1) The box they came packaged in. 2) The replacement Pins Clips in case yours are missing from the package.

A little bit of heaven for a great price

Ive been using this base for almost 2 weeks now. The fact is that it has surpassed my expectations in both quality and comfort. The Zero/G position is wonderful for sleeping. What originally sold me on this base is the leg sets in optional heights. I wanted to put the base on TOP of a 3/drawer platform base, so I needed the 4/inch leg option. It is still a fairly high bed at 28 inches to the mattress top, but even that is lower than many tall/bed models. The ability to make minor adjustments to the stored positions and then save them is great. I found that I wanted the head just a little lower in the PC/TV position. Everything else was perfect. The USB charger slots have been very handy for my phone, which I also use as a night clock. I didnt think I would use the massage very much, but Ive quickly come to enjoy that quite a bit. If you are looking for a good adjustable base, I highly recommend this one. UPDATE: After 8 months I wouldnt change a thing in my review above. This bed base is fantastic for the price.
