Weve been using this frame with a 12 foam mattress for just over 2 weeks now.... Aming! Having been searching for a reasonably priced adjustable bed for quite awhile, I had to pull the trigger on this one as the price is less than half of the comparable units out there. From delivery (on time), to setup (easily put together with two people, I did it in under an hour by myself without the usual swearing and cursing), to quality of the parts, to quality of sleep / All fantastic.
Pros:
/ Easily adjusted to find your sleeping sweet spot. Ive been a side sleeper all my life but have now found that I get a better sleep on my back with the bed set properly.
/ USB ports work well, and are handy in my case as there are no electrical outlets on my side.
/ Presets for TV/PC and Lounge can be customized by adjusting the bed to the preferred angles and holding down the corresponding button for 4 seconds.
/ Build Quality / All of the parts are sturdy. Normally, Im not a fan of products put together with an allen key but this is solid / after two weeks we dont have any issues with loose bolts or connections... and weve put this thing to use extensively
/ Motors are quiet and responsive.
/ Vibration feature is a small bonus. It wont get used a ton and of course it wont replace a real massage but I find it soothing.
/ The price cant be beat.
EDIT: It seems the price on this item has gone up (Purchased our queen sized base for $742.33) but still believe it to be a good quality adjustable base for a reasonable price.
Cons:
/ None. As mentioned in every other review, backlighting on the remote would have been extremely convenient but I was well aware that it wasnt included.
*Cant comment on the durability of the motors, but will edit this review if I have any issues.
Couldnt ask for a better adjustable bed base than this. My only issue is that I wish the remote keys were lit. The USB ports are nice, but my bed frame covers them most of the time. Really didnt plan on using them anyway. We have a 12 innerspring mattress on the base as well as a 3 memory foam topper and it works just fine. Very quiet as well. You cant go wrong with this base.
I ordered 2 of these bases to make a split king, however I am currently using a king mattress and have both beds synced to one remote, very easy process. Overall the frames work pretty good, my only 2 complaints are that the USB port on BOTH beds came with a plastic piece cracked off, this has been a problem for other reviewers as well, but does not affect the function, just a poor design. My only fear is getting out of bed one morning and catching my leg on that broken USB port.The second complaint is that if you do a split king you lose one of the sides USB port, it would have been nice to have, again poor design. It took me less than 1 hour to set up both beds. The set up required will be: bolting on 2 middle bed legs, screwing on 4 outer bed legs (legs can be set at 4, 6, or 10), plugging in 5 wires, inserting mattress holder, and syncing the remote. For the price I am happy with the purchase.
This bed is well worth the money and the service from the company was great. Bought it about four months ago and it was a life savior after the wifes total knee replacement surgery. Her bed set up and operated with no problems. Mine would not work. Called the company and had new remote sent to me in about two days. Still did not work so I called again and they referred me to a warehouse supervisor that was the expert. He explained what to do and bed worked fine. They are quiet and easy to operate. Couple of suggestions for the company. One better instructions on how to link up the remote to the control device. Two this may or may not be necessary depending on what mattress you use, but we bought medium firm foam 10 inch mattresses and they tend to slide to the side that the person uses to get into and out of the bed. So I think that if the company put a couple of holes like they have at the bottom of the bed on the sides if a person has trouble keeping his mattress in place they could buy another retaining bar for the side from the company. Thanks again for the great service.
15 month review: The wife wore out her controller on her bed because she adjusts her bed about forty or fifty times each day because of her knees and trouble staying comfortable. Sent the company an email asking if they could fix it or let me buy a part to fix it. Same day they responded asking for my address so they could send me a new controller and remote. This is the best company i have ever dealt with in my seventy years of life. They really stand behind their products.

I do want to point out two things to take note of :
1) obviously six legs instead of four like most (can be no big deal or can get in the way if using underneath for storage)
2) I couldnt find a clear answer until I purchased and assembled (very easy assembly) YOU DO HAVE TO USE THE LEGS FOR MOTOR CLEARANCE , some beds are the same , some are able to be used without and used on / as a platform bed
Ive now had it a few months , it fells and sounds somewhat creaky , it does the job , but with just me in the bed, sometimes I love it, sometimes I really wonder how long its going to last especially with a second person .
The worst thing,,,,make sure you watch the price, it goes up and down like cry right here on , I noticed this when I bought it and thought I bought it well because I saw it for hundreds more but than saw it for even less by almost $150 and does not refund the

This was the best purchase we made this year! Easy to assemble and works great. We have a top of line feature for a fraction of the cost. If you are looking to purchase an adjustable bed frame you cant go wrong with this one. The wireless remote feature is a fine touch and the unit runs quietly. Only downside is the massage feature isnt the best but thats not why we purchased the adjustable bed for anyway.
I have had a competitors bed for several years and I am totally satisfied with this frame. The motors are responsive and the massage feature is adequate given the cost of the bed frame. I have not utilized the ups feature since the bed buts up against the other bed which makes up the King size configuration. The installation was relatively simple. The entire install took about 45 minutes. I recommend this product given the price and performance. More ratings to come in future months.
We just received our adjustable bed. It was a little delayed coming to Canada but customer service made up for the delay. I thought it was going to take hours to install. It turned out that it was very easy to install. Instructions are very detailed and within 20 mins we were up and running. I highly recommend this to anyone in the market for an adjustable bed if you can wait 2 weeks for it arrive. Its a fraction of the price that you will pay at the brick and mortar stores. 5 stars for customer service, quality of the product and the ease of install. Get it. You wont be disappointed!
Just got this about a week ago and it works just like it says it does. Its very heavy while in the box. Easy to assembly but def a two person job. Nothing beats watching TV in this thing and my memory foam mattress worked well with it. Loooove this thing! Def get one for this aming price!
Everything we expected. Excellent price. We just moved a nice TV into our bedroom, and 2 of the Twin XLs syncd work fantastically for watching TV in bed. Highly recommend.
Setup, for anyone with some ability to put together furniture, should be no issue.
Update: 5/13/2020 / After nearly 5 years and a move, weve loved our paired TwinXL / King adjustable bed. We had the first problem with the bed a couple of days ago one of the control boxes started flashing and stopped working correctly. After a call to customer service and proof of purchase, parts are on the way. I cant say enough good things about how great their customer service has been.
Update 8/2020 / it took a while, due to COVID, but we got the control boxes in July, and the bed is working great as ever. Again awesome customer service. I dont do Facebook, so cant review there, but would be pure thumbs up!
Since purchasing, weve recommended this bed base to others, and I helped my mother/in/law purchase and set up her queen bed. She LOVES it and were lucky to get her out of it.

Great queen bed base
