I was so excited to get the machine. It was delivered before the expected day. But me and my little 10 year old boy were disappointed to see a broken plastic part. Also the dumbbells were missing in the package. I am confused now whether to return this bulky item or keep it as it is. I have not opened the screws and knots to assemble. Assembling looks pretty simple. I would be happy if they could send me the dumbbells separately.
Everything is as described by the seller, with a really great price. It would be really hard to find a better deal. Its easily moved by my wife also. The running pad doesnt have much padding, but, again, the price and ease of use are great.

The treadmill definitely changed our way of life during the pandemic and my family just love it! We are more on the cautious side so we avoid going outside unless absolutely necessary. Because of this, we’ve tried a lot of ways of exercising at home to keep fit but have all failed in one way or another, until we saw this simple yet powerful, and more importantly affordable treadmill. It’s very simple in design but has got all the features needed for our “home runs”. When the shipment arrived, I budgeted for 2 hours to set it up but shockingly it literally took myself 20-25 minutes to put together without extra tools needed. I found it’s kind of compact, but again it’s got all we need for a treadmill and it’s a space saver. We put it in the garage, but whether it’s living room, sun room, or any corner in the house, it fits right in.
Every morning, I would run for a while before preparing breakfast, and in late afternoon, my wife gets right on it after work while I take care of the little one. Honestly it’s really tiring to be full time toddler parents while working full-time during COVID, but we’ve never felt more energetic and healthier, all because of RUNOW.
This seems to be a great Treadmill for the price. It is compact to fit in small spaces. Easy to assemble. Took maybe an hour to put together by myself. It was missing a screw & a nut, but costumer service was very responsive & quick to send me new parts.
Only thing I wish I had realized was that it is calibrated in kilometers rather than mph, but that doesn’t take away from the performance of the machine.
This is a great treadmill. The controls on the handle bars, the safety plug, the automated incline feature, the weights, and sit up pad are awesome. Great bang for your buck!
My treadmill arrived with a hole in the side rail. But otherwise, the treadmill works well. I called the company and they took care of the matter to my satisfaction.

I got this delivered to my house well before the advertised delivery date .It is not that heavy at all and i quickly moved it to my basement and was able to assemble it within no time. There was no damage to the product and it was sturdy and compact. After the assembly i ran into an unknown error code not mentioned in the book but then quickly realized that the safety key was missing, after i inserted the key it was magic and my treadmill was ready to use. I ran on it for half an hour and loved it as it does not have any complex features. If you are looking for a compact one with great value for money i would defly recommend this one! The best part of this treadmill is the ease of assembly and the ease of use and i love the size .
So far, so good. This treadmill feels sturdy. It has a manual incline with 3 settings that vary from completely flat to slight grade up. Theres a speed control on the right handle bar and start and stop buttons on the left handle bar. Its compact but has nice width. Were happy with our purchase.

Nice, but the incline is at the wrong end. The screen is crooked, but everything else is just great. Just what I needed.

I unloaded the treadmill did exactly as instructions said and it’s got an Error E7. I need a new electronic display mount.
