I love this treadmill. Its almost 3 inches wider than the only other one I could find in the same price range, and there were no reviews, so I figured Id take a risk and see what it was all about. Im glad I did.
The treadmill itself rocks. Perfect size for me - Im 62, 200 lbs and it fits my size perfectly. Also, very solid, sturdy, piece of equipment. Great value for the money. I love the digital display, as well as the remote. Also looks nice, which isnt a bad thing.
My only gripe with it is the pinch point at the end. If you have little kids (which I do) the conveyor combined with the bar going across the bottom back part has the potential to injure them, possibly significantly. It was completely unnecessary for there to be a problem like this. All they had to do was place the brace/support bar further under the machine, so as not to create that dangerous feature, there, and problem solved. Very disappointed in this lack of foresight in the design. Now Im going to have to figure something out to put in that gap there where my little one constantly wants to stick his fingers... not cool. Tempted to give it fewer stars just because of this, since the risk is significant for small children, but I figured as long as people read this they will be able to come to a decision as to whether they want this risk or not.

Got this for Christmas. Opened it to find it was damaged. Contacted the seller, and they kindly got me a new one lickity-split. Its strong, holds up well, and works perfectly. Highly recommend!
My first treadmill. Everything was as described in the video. I go everything I expected. The price was good, the quality was great. I highly recommend if you want something worthwhile without spending a lot of money.
We used the video on to assist in assembly process and then up it went. I find it works great. I need to purchase more oil as the bottle that came with the unit leaked out but everything else is fine. Yes you need to lubricate the tread belt monthly to keep it running smoothly. I will give updates if anything changes.
deserves five stars because of their professionalism and quality. Fedex literally ditched the package in front of our house and left. We could see that the package had a huge hole and damages. Apparently, they wrecked the package during the delivery process. Sure enough, as soon as we opened the package, we could see the damage and broken pieces on the treadmill. When we contacted Runow, they responded very professionally and resolved the problem.
We can testify that is a respectful company with great product.
One suggestion is, maybe can deliver the treadmill in two separate packages, because this treadmill in a single package is very heavy. Maybe thats why Fedex handled it too roughly, damaging the package. Many furniture companies deliver their furniture in multiple separate boxes. Just a suggestion.
When you read the title of this treadmill it states with incline. It should state with manual incline. It never occurred to us that it wouldnt be automatic and thats our fault for not reading every little word in the description. We wanted a smaller treadmill that did not take up a lot of room and this treadmill fits that requirement. But it is very flimsy compared to the treadmill we were replacing and it cost more. I would not buy this product again.
