I use the small weights and situp mat daily to do 20 situps then 20 minutes on the treadmill. Treadmill is better than expected for the money, seems to be a well constructed product for the money. Im 74 so didnt want to spend a bundle on something like a Peleton or Nordic Track. The only negative I can find with this treadmill is that the pulse rate is off by more than 20 bpm.
The set up was simple but the instructions they provided were awful. You could not tell where the images were that were displayed on the instructions.
I probably would return it if it weren’t so complicated to return and buy something a little more expensive for quality. I hope it lasts at least a year.
Ive had this treadmill for about 2 months. Pulled right out of the box and set up. Super easy! I see previous reviews complaining about the belt slipping. EASY FIX. Just tighten the belt. It comes with the allen wrench to tighten. Its probably a bit loose at first because they have it all put together so you can pull it right of the box.
Works great and one of the best purchases Ive made for myself.

Very easy to assemble. I absolutely love the features on this machine and how easy it is to use.

I am definitely getting my money’s worth. I struggled with assembling but it want impossible. I would recommend this product.

This is as advertised. Great for walking but is too small for jogging or running. I needed for walking so it is perfect for what I needed.
