Wow! Great quality and great treadmill. The treadmill arrived on time and packaged VERY well. I literally took it out of the box, folded/secured the arms/handrails and I was ready to workout! Talk about a quick setup! Also was very impressed with the FREE App that was right at the Apple App Store. It connects in seconds to your smart device and tracks all your workouts! PLUS you get a free trial to their certified on-demand workout classes! I love walking/jogging with those trainers! Great purchase at a great price.
Easy to ensemble and works well for what I need. There was a few issues with parts, but Alice with the treadmill company was VERY help. GREAT customer service and fast replacement parts. Would recommend!
I had an issue with the size of the exercise bars that go on the treadmill to hold hand weights and do sit-ups. Customer Service (Alice) was very helpful and timely in responding to my request for help. The bars were immediately replaced and I am very happy with this treadmill. Great value for the money.
The treadmill itself is great. However, the controls are on the hand rails/grips that run along side and when you hold onto them, or lean on them then it pauses the treadmill - in the middle of a workout. I’ve tried to get used to it and maybe with a little time it won’t be so bad, but I definitely do not like that feature.
It was doing so well for the first two weeks! Then the start and stop both on the arms of it and then the screen will not work! I emailed the outlook email address to let them know that I am waiting for them to contact me! I need more information about how to get this to work!

That it works and its small enough to fit in the small area that we have for it. we love it.
The fact that it is compacted and works for the space that we have. Its also uncomplicated.

Did like that it does have a incline button. It display that in picture or image.
