We are super happy with this umbrella. However right now we have about 10 sandbags on the base because all of the water plates are sold out and we have no idea which water plate we should buy instead of the name brand. Someone please help.
We bought the 10 ft. It is huge! We wanted to be able to move it around so we built a weighed base on heavy locking casters. We used Trex and treated lumber for the frame. Now its a gray table too.
Item actually arrived early to our surprise. Easy to assembly although it does take two people to set up just due to weight and overall size. Simple instructions. Once set up easy to adjust for shade. Highly recommend.
They used staples for a plastic wrap around the umbrella frame. The staples punctured and ripped the umbrella fabric. I notified and they responded quickly and have notified me that they are replacing the umbrella. They were not happy about what happened and wanted to make sure I was happy. Seems to be a very reputable company.
I was tired of umbrellas that were too small and I had to move with a heavy base every time the sun moved! These cantilevered umbrellas cover my entire lounge area and rotate to anyplace that I need it! A simple turn of the crank and the umbrella turns 360 degrees and also will tilt up and down its great for the rainstorms too so I dont have to drag in my comfy beanbags each afternoon in the rainy season! The customer service is great too and they got right back to me when I had a question. all I had to do was text. By far these umbrellas (I bought 2) will make my summer much more relaxing and makes my hot backyard a place where everyone will want to be. My son already comes out and hangs out during his zoom class breaks! The hot sun can be draining and these umbrellas are a life changer for our family. I currently have pavers holding them down, but will drill them to the porch and stake them into the ground when we know exactly where we need them. They flow with the wind, floating as they arent hanging on a rigid arm. the wind goes through the top so they literally go with the flow. Super easy even for just me to put up alone. And I weigh under 110lbs! I just used a low table to lift up the umbrella to slip over the base. Yes, a second person could help, but if you have some strength its not a difficult task. I cant think of anything I would change maybe if they made an umbrella cover for storage or if not needed all the time. to protect it from the sun when not in use. But with a little sewing experience anyone could make one out of a tarp so glad I not the bullet and bought two no more umbrellas that I find blown off their standing or panic that its going to rain and I have things left out. This is the largest patio umbrella Ive bought so far. Im really impressed by the size of it and free shipping for such a big thing. And its not too heavy to carry. The shipping speed is a surprise too. All my family members loves its shape and color. We have a relatively big pool in my backyard and we lives in the south area where has a lot of sunshine. This large umbrella just fit what we need to cover most of the swimming pool for UV protection and the rest area is covered by the trees. It makes our life so easy by turning 360 degree to cover the table and chairs when we enjoy our lunch or dinner. It takes not long to assembly it. After this purchase, I oftentimes invite my friends to come over and enjoy talking and eating in my backyard. The material is thick and seems durable and I just hope the color can last long. With this patio umbrella, my family now enjoy swimming a lot more than before. Compared to the one I had in the past, it definitely worth it in terms both size and quality.
To me by far the best offset umbrella on the market! Great slide up easy to use mechanism, the 360 tilt option fantastic to use when needed with the sun though this 112 2( got the blue umbrella that works well with my multiple dots rug underneath the table)tier umbrella covers the whole 6 chair patio table.Bought the matching base with 4 individual chambers and filled it with sand using a 10 inch wide funnel to fill, easy peasy as this bad boy doesnt move at all in high winds, though I will close it up if caddy shack wind and rain,and lightning ⛈ is heading in.Even love how the umbrella folds tight up to the pole with the built in Velcro straps on umbrella which really secured the umbrella in place compared to the cheesy built curvitage type that hangs away to strap! Also major bonus feature I bought The Bluetooth light that just pops in underneath the umbrella and with unlimited music and u can change the colors from your phone and with a great speaker to boot! Highly recommend this well built umbrella!!
Very nice umbrella, well made and sturdy. Took less than 20 min to assemble and put up. Packed well. I used 4 16x16 32 lb patio blocks to hold it down. I like the swivel feature, so we can move it to stay out of the sun. I would recommend it.
