When we received our umbrella, there was a small hole in the fabric. I messaged customer service and was dealing with Anna. She was super nice and responded very quick to my messages. They sent us a whole new umbrella because they did not have just the fabric in the color that we wanted. Highly recommend for the customer service and the product. They whole umbrella is solid and sturdy and look great!
Very happy with this product. It was super easy to set up and looks great. Simple to open, close and adjust 360 degrees. Umbrella made sturdy material that can stand up to direct sun and provide much needed shade.
Was describe well. Have had a couple that was a little heavy duty but this is still a good product for the money. One line of lights doesnt work but we dont use it much anyway at night.
High quality, easy to assemble, and far exceeded my expectations. I also bought the base kit separately and I would highly recommend that also because it makes it much more sturdy. We bought this as a replacement for a much more expensive umbrella that fell apart after 11 years of use, and this one is not nearly as heavy, but it is well/egineered, high quality, and sturdy. Lastly, this is a real review and not some bot or paid reviewer. You will be happy with this product.

This umbrella is incredible. Its easy to set up, very sturdy, and easy to open and adjust. It fits perfect on our deck and the quality is awesome.

Great umbrella so far. Did have a small hole in the original canopy but customer service responded and sent out a replacement immediately.
